   This pizza hunt is horrible and complete scam. You advertise in your app that when I spend more than £15 that I am entitled to one extra pizza. I ordered for 2 pizzas and spent up to £25 and called the customer care which is very horrible and takes ages for them to answer and she confirmed that I will be getting 3 pizzas only for them to deliver only 2 pizzas. When I called back, the guy that picked just talked me off. I was so pained . I will never order anything from these guys again. So uncultured and scam

   Felt nothing like a Pizza Hut — dull vibe, poor seating, no kids’ chairs, and no welcoming staff. Menu was under the reception glass. I walked out without ordering. This branch seriously needs attention.

   Ordered pizza and sides. We had a side dish missed of our order. Here goes the argument with the branch. I was told it was impossible that they had missed anything as her had personally packed my order. But later said that they were out of stock on that item. Told by the Manager that the staff were told to call us and let us know well they didn't. I was told to request a refund though customer service and keep being told by them that the refund has been raised and 12 days later still no refund. What a joke of a company

   I'm not sure what is going on with Pizza Hut in general, but they have got our order wrong more often than not. The worst thing is I ordered online. Each time, they have not brought the whole order. The last time I ordered, I ordered a scheduled delivery, and they forgot a pizza. Not great when someone doesn't eat meat, and that's all there was until I called to ask them. Additionally, no contact number on the receipt, and they hung up on me 5 times before actually answering.

   Raw dough. Drown in grease. Waste of time and money. App not working correctly. Hard to make a complaint. Staff on the phone not very helpful. At least very nice delivery driver.

   Staff were polite and pizza was made quickly and fresh to order. Ordered Pepperoni passion pizza but seemed bland and worst, lacking much cheese which has never happened at any pizza hut before. Building seemed tired but clean.

   Ordered £80 worth of food (pizza, chicken & other sides) part of the order came wrong, part of it missing, part of it over cooked & all of it cold. Pizza slices either slithers or huge. Called the restaurant for 45 minutes no answer finally got through still awaiting confirmation of a refund no one to speak to. Buyers beware 100% not worth the hassle.

   Lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful, wouldn’t take any details to help locate our order. Happily took the money but they kept putting the phone down everytime we asked where the actual food was.

   Nice pizzas and delivery is usually on time. But they can never cut their pizzas properly, we ordered two large pizzas one was cut into 8 huge slices, the other was cut so bad it had tiny slices, 3 of them would of made one normal slice.

   Awful customer service, ordered 2 cookie dough for delivery and it came with no ice cream, rang the store they just said yeah we ran out. Why couldn't they just ring and tell me then I wouldn't have ordered the dessert. Who the hell wants to have cookie dough with no ice cream, they said they cant give refund so basically have robbed me of 15 quid. They'll never get any of my money again.
