Ordered through uber eats and it said 25-45 mins for delivery time. But it took 2 hours. Kept my whole family waiting hungry. It would be nice to let the customer know if there would be any delays.
First off, after ordering, the estimated delivery time by Just Eat was 17:45. At 17:45, the food hasn't came and there was no updated whether the food was on the way or not. We've ringed the restaurant which asked for the house number followed by, 'It's on the way'. The food arrived 15 minutes later at 18:00. According to Google Maps, the route is only an approximately 7-10 minute drive away. After receiving the food, I was disappointed. The Chicken Donner - Meal wasn't the standard Donner Kebab, it was a warp filled with Tandoori Chicken, some salad and little mayonnaise. The Double Strip Burger ordered was good though. Overall, wouldn't recommend.
Horrible place to order on Uber eats I waited 2 hours for my food to come but it never came! I called them many times and no one picked up. After the 2 hours they picked up and said that they went to my address and no one was there but I was there the whole time they also said they tried to ring me but my phone never rang once. I wasted more than £10 on something that never came. The man was also very rude and hung up on me after I tried to explain the situation. Please do not make a order with them on Uber eats
We placed an order through UberEats, which took almost 2h longer on top of the displayed delivery time. On top of this, they have sent chicken strips instead of wings. 3 portions of fries and coleslaw also missing. We tried to call the shop and no one was picking up (called more than 10 times) finally we found another number online and the guy that picked up was rude. This is the worst experience I ever had with a take away store! Don't recommend at all! Very disappointed!
Terrible service. No diet coke. No coleslaw. Turned up with beans which nobody eats. Never again. Chicken was ok. Also rice was wet sloppy white rice, not peri rice pictured on leaflet. Also driver short me 5p. Not a lot but if done all the time imagine how this adds up.
