   I ordered pizza from here and the delivery person left the food at the door without calling me, and I wasn’t informed that it had arrived. I had to eat cold pizza and it wasn’t same pizza what i ordered. When I called to let you know about this, I was spoken to very rudely and told not to order again. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope this can be addressed, as I have always expected better service.

   Worst food ever ordered.. Fries straight to Bin, Pizza was completely tasteless and Chicken was almost raw not fried properly. Neverever again.

   We had a really disappointing experience. We waited for our food for more than two hours, and when we called to ask about our order, they hung up on us. The food itself wasn’t good at all — the dough wasn’t cooked properly and was overloaded with toppings. On another day, we ordered extra four dips but didn’t receive any. The cheese was too much and not cooked well, and even though we specifically asked for less sauce and a crispy base, both pizzas came out the same as before. Overall, very poor service and quality. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

   Ordered a big order, like we have done many a times. This time in the order there was a bead in the pizza which got stuck in my brothers tooth the minute he bit into it and chipped it. Called the restaurant and spoke to 3 different members of staff, first 2 claimed they couldn’t hear and the 3rd was the one who prepared the pizza. Instead of resolving the issue, he started arguing back to say it couldn’t be true. Absolute pathetic service and quality of food. Avoid.

   Very bad food ... we asked for chicken coated in bread crumbs kind of crispy one but they made this . And the pizza is more of Sabzi rather than pizza.... it doesn't even taste like a pizza . Very bad quality . Worst experience

   Hope you don't get through to the women/girl who works there.... The most incompetent person ive ever dealt with. The guys who work there may struggle with English but they get your order right !

   Been using their standalone app for several years without major issue (some messed up orders, usually sorted, but the food's good so it's been worth a bit of faff) But this time the restaurant has outright denied getting the order, stating that I ordered from somewhere else, despite the fact it's their phone number, which I've called about app orders before without issue, listed on the same app I've been using for years, the same settings, with payment taken under pizza omore trading name. The guy at the restaurant eventually told me it's not his problem, and that *I* have to call *their* app developer to sort it. Absolute shambles. Avoid.

   Food arrived 25 mins late ordered 3 mixed meals one came with no fries and salad mayo yet order was just mayo arrived without the 3 cans of pepsi called resturant recived abuse and they hung up phone on me upon tasteing food the chips with other 2 meals was cold and nuggets tasted like they was recooked several times

   Such a irresponsible pizza maker I have ever seen , despite of their mistakes when you call them they replies you back without manners and disrespect the customers , when you ask them that they haven’t prepared according to the instructions than they reply that in more orders they can’t pay attention to all the orders. Still you ask them to just replace the pizza than also they make mistakes again on preparations. Such a irresponsible staff and behaviour
