   Ordered using the just eat app. The app sent the order went through in a really weird way. Although the toppings were correct they jumbled up the toppings on both pizzas. I didn’t like the toppings on mine at all. I called the store and they refused to help me. They were not very accommodating at all I said my husband was happy to eat what was on his even though it was all wrong, I just wanted a replacement for my pizza . Customer service definitely could have been better here. Not very happy really as kids also dont like what was on my pizza and that’s what they were sharing with me. Won’t be buying again.

   In 2019. This was the best pizza in the West Midlands. However once the new ownership came, they brought in cheap ingredients and lost there soul. Absolutely awful oven tasting pizza, the staff have as much personality as my goldfish. Avoid.

   The manager is absolutely disgusting. I made a pre order for collection today which I waited 25 minutes for them to cook after being told 15 minute, I was told on the phone one price and when I went to pay, was told a price that was £20 more than the originally told price, I tried to resolve this problem with the manager and he was so rude to me! As a female I felt extremely bullied into paying more money because I was vulnerable, I’ve seen a few complaints about this place lately which is a shame because it’s always been quite nice. I’d recommend anyone staying well away from here.

   Absolutely appalling service. Will never eat from here again. Ordered through Eber Eats at 6.42pm, said it would arrive between 7.10 and 7.30. I called them to confirm my address moments after placing order as it did not show my house number. Spent 3 mins confirming my address. The driver never came until 7.58pm and I called at 7.35 to check where the food was, the person on the phone hung up on me,and did answer my call when I called 5 times after. The driver did not want to give his name or his bosses name and said he couldn't talk English. Very frustrated with this service. Chips were awful but luckily my children did like the pizza.

   Overpriced and serving sub standard ingredient pizzas, £16 for 2x 8” pizzas, one being margarita & other being a free choice of 4 toppings, asked both to be deep pan and received thin crust, these pizzas are WAY overpriced.

   Pizzas are great and have some good deals making it fairly cheap, also make awesome thick shakes. Have had some late deliveries though including having to pay deposit before they would deliver which is very strange I thought
