   I am writing to report an extremely unprofessional experience. I have ordered pizza so many times from you guys but today I fully disappointed. I had while trying to place an order with your store today. While I was driving, my call ended unexpectedly, so I called back to continue my order. The staff member on the phone accused me of ending the call intentionally and told me, “Don’t order from here if I ended the call.” I found this behavior rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I had done my best to explain the situation, yet I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. I hope you will address this matter promptly and ensure your staff understands the importance of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to prevent incidents like this in the future. Thank you for your attention.

   I’ve been here many times, but my recent visits have been disappointing. I ordered a large pizza with double hot chili sauce, but I was given one hot and one garlic mayo instead. When I politely asked to swap the garlic for another hot sauce, the staff member seemed annoyed. On my last visit, I specifically asked for two chili sauces, but again received two garlic instead—and to make matters worse, the pizza didn’t taste as good as it usually does.

   I used to come here all the time, but this place has completely fallen apart. My last two visits were awful. First time, I ordered large fries and asked for ketchup on top. The guy snapped at me with an attitude, saying I should’ve said that earlier. Totally unnecessary and rude. I let it go and came back another day — big mistake. That time, I mentioned from the start that I wanted ketchup on top. He forgot again, then said they were out of ketchup after squeezing an almost-empty bottle. Seriously? My last visit was the final straw. I made it clear — ketchup on top. When I got my fries, no ketchup at all. When I asked, he said, “We don’t do that,” and tossed me a ketchup dip like he couldn’t care less. The attitude, the laziness, the complete lack of customer service — unbelievable. I’m done with this place

   We always order from here but never again!! We ordered 2 med pizzas and side order of spicy chicken wings. We ordered online at 7pm and by 8pm nothing had arrived we phoned up and was told the driver had left 5 minutes previously but 8.30 still nothing so I phoned back and asked for a manager, he said it was on the way so i said that was not acceptable and asked for a refund, he said the driver would give me £6 back I said that wasn't good enough, and wanted the full money back, he said I would have to take that up with gogo themselves he then got agitated with me and kept interrupting when I was trying to speak to him, he then said I WASN'T getting my food so I replied that I would call the police as that is theft, and that i would be putting a review on here he put the phone down on me. 2 seconds later he phoned me back tell me we could have OUR FOOD that we had already paid for and it would be delivered and said our food would be now be delivered and in no uncertain words NOT TO PUT A REVIEW ON or call the police, so I agreed at the time just so we could get our food wished i hadn't bothered cause as you can imagine after 2 hrs it was stone cold NEVER EVER will we use this place again SHOCKING!!!!!!!!

   We used to buy from here regularly but never again. We ordered one Go go special and a garlic bread with cheese (pizza). He asked us if we wanted medium or large for the GB w/cheese, we just asked for medium, they then sent 4 slices of garlic baguette with cheese on. We tried to sort it out with the driver, he stepped into our house and my wife didn't have her hijab on. We called the shop to sort out the issue and he hung up on us twice and told us that's what you ordered. In the UK a garlic bread with cheese is a pizza not slices of baguette, if I wanted that I would've specified, and if he thought that's what we wanted why did he ask if we wanted medium or large. I was charged £16 for a medium pizza and 4 tiny slices of bread and waited almost 2 hours. Very rude customer service and didn't want to resolve the issue. My wife has had nothing as she doesn't like the pizza I ordered and she is pregnant. Definitely will not go back there.

   Been coming here regularly generally been ok .when they have gone wrong iv been really polite ..however recently there orders have been undercooked and the attitude from the management and staff is absolutely vile ..when they have gone wrong is disgusting.absolutely no manners and when asked why they have no shame to be rude to your face .I will never to visiting this shop agian thay have no manners or respect for customers that have been regularly going there.. and yes there are other places that will.apprciate my money and service .

   In many occasions, had ordered food. The food was healthy, clean and high quality . The food are very tasty. Met all pizza Gogo staff are very friendly and kind. Drivers all are always on time. I would like to recommend all of you to try pizza tastes once , you will come again.
