Wonderful service. We ordered a massive load for a large group of people. The pizza was created/served so quickly and was great. Simran was lovely and managed to stay polite and great even though there were multiple orders all at once :) Thanks.
The pizza/slides served is not prepared with hygiene. Found multiple hair in my cheese garlic bread for my last order. No gloves are used while preparing the pizza. Every time I order a pizza, it tastes different despite ordering the same one. The atmosphere is good but the taste for the pizza is bad.
I wanted to order 7.99 takeaway veg supreme with no mushrooms and olives as i am allergic but the manager named Manisha was asking me for 9.99 she didnt want to change the pizza allergens,i did the same on many occasions and they agreed but today shes saying store is busy she wont do it
had a really pleasant experience here. The employee at the till was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit feel even better. Service was quick and efficient, and everything was handled with a smile. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, perfect for sitting down to enjoy a meal. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit, I’ll definitely be coming back.
It feels good to have a halal pizza hut, i was so excited to try to Chicken pizza but when I saw the quantity of chicken in pizza it was horrible, Even when I asked one of the guy if they put this much chicken usually, he said YES. Very disappointed and its a shame with the quantity but the taste was goood. I will attach the photo of pizza so that it can be reviewed for real. My MOA number was 1395.
Worst customer service in Coventry, overpriced food and tiny seating area. Ordered a cookie dough and wasn't asked whether or not I wanted it for takeout, (I didn't, I wanted to eat in) so I went and took a seat after ordering, the order was readied, but just left at the counter without letting us know it was ready. Meanwhile a member of staff noisily banged around chairs whilst cleaning up, it was obnoxiously loud. We eventually collected our not-so-fresh order, and weren't given any cutlery, when we asked for some we were told 'we've ran out' (what kind of restaurant runs out of cutlery?). Anyway we head home disappointed, our last hope being the thought that at least the food will be nice, 10 minutes later we're home with a luke-warm dessert broken into a dozen pieces, complimented with a half melted scoop of ice cream. 0 stars pizza hut.. Do better.
Don't bother. Greasiest pizza ever. Totally dry garlic bread. Terrible service. No ketchup. Had to ask for cups for drinks. Only appears to be 2 staff. Tables not cleared or wiped. No wonder the place is dead!
There is a tiny short Asian girl with Rude behavior n ZERO customer handling skills, talks too less n nods head like Ive no interest in your order. And strangely unlike other pizzahuts , there is no free dip provided with a large pizza and when asked for a dip replied it's not free with a so careless voice and didn't give one atleast. Really sad to have these Asian people showing zero respect towards customers , I would have fired that girl right away if I were her manager ! Baddest dullest person at a order taking till ! Never enter this place if I see that girl in store again ! Taste of the pizza is OK
Not one to leave bad reviews but this place made me wait over an hour for an order I placed on a Sunday night. An hour later it was still being cooked and I think three different drivers assigned to pick up the order and in the end I just cancelled it and got dominos, where I got more food for £10 cheaper.
