One of the worst customer service you can get. The guy taking orders on call was not interested in taking orders starting shouting that they are busy and taking orders is hard. We didn’t call to learn how overwhelmed and overworked the employees are, while trying hard to understand what exactly they are trying to say.
I'm buying peri peri fries from last couple of months in Caspian pizza. Today I went for fries and that counter guy asked me that what you want I said two peri peri fries. Someone prepared my order and they kept on the counter. Who ever in the. That person told me like that they gave me normal fries. And they told me that if you want peri peri fries you can this peri peri powder like that he was saying that very ridiculous. Peri peri fries is not in my menu. Why don't he tell me when I'm ordering the food even they don't know how to treat customers. To bad.
I have been buying Caspian pizza for last 20 years plus never have I tasted a pizza like this before it was so dry and thin. I ordered two extra large pizza’s a vegetarian special and a kebab pizza which normally taste decilous was given a vegetarian hot instead and received kebab pizza. Both pizza tasted dry with base very thin with hardly no sauce. I’m not going back there again and would rather try other pizza joints in gosford street instead!. I have tasted better frozen pizza then the pizza I had today I’m so disappointed for the money I spend today!
Ordered a pizza and got delivered with all toppings and cheese slid to one side, when i called them about the error they then argued with me and claimed it was my fault and not their drivers fault and then proceeded to hang up on me. That is no way to talk to your customers!
Ordered on just eat a large pizza, received a 9in one, called them and I was asked how many slices have I received. I mean it’s only 9in pizza that you delivered why arguing with customers? “No madame I cut the pizza and 8 slices is large. Anyhow, not wasting time on thieves who then try to fool me about their pizza’s size so I hanged up. Rude customer service and fraud company.
Great choices of Pizzas, both veg and non veg and very reasonable prices, However, grossly disappointed with behaviour of the FOH team, seemed a little rude when he took the order. Gave a death stare when asked for some extra tissues to clean the table - which was their job to do, anyway. Further, he said he is very busy so please hurry up with your order, i dont have time. That was simply outrageous. The FOH team needs a little training and kindness while dealing with customers. Rest, this is good place to have a quick bite on the go!
I love Caspian Pizza so much My favorite meal is Chicken Wrap Fillet Meal and I’ve never had a good chicken wrap in other places like theirs. Their wrap is also hot which is different from other places. I would recommend their services and they are affordable
The place was good and affordable if you're looking for cheap food. The pizzas taste really good when it's freshly made. However, when it got cold later and I warmed it in the microwave it wasn't as good as when it was fresh! I also ordered potato skins which were not good and were really dry. The customer service is quiet nice. The communication however is not clear. I asked if the meat feast had pork and the guy said no but it had pepperoni. The wait for 2 large pizzas was 15 mins, so they are pretty quick. They're also open till late so that's a plus ! I've added pics of the menu for the prices!
