   It used to be best quality but, new owners offering rubbish quality. Low grade ingredients, poor hygiene, files visible on walls and you get few roasted flies in your food.

   I've been using Flori's for years but the last three orders have been very disappointing. Long waits and cold food. Tonight the order took almost two hours to arrive food wasn't just cold it was absolutely freezing and they sent the wrong pizza so I had to cook anyway. You can't ever get through to them on the phone as the line is constantly busy. They didn't even apologise when they delivered.Definitely wouldn't recommend and I will not be using them again.

   This takeaway used to be my go-to pizza order. Unfortunately the past couple of times have been poor. The prices are fair and the pizzas are still okay. Quite similar to Dominos style pizzas. But the chicken strips are dreadful. Weirdly soggy, there's no crispness whatsoever. When I say soggy I literally mean soggy and soft. They are cooked inside but for some reason they're using really odd style of chicken coating that doesn't crisp in the slightest Delivery is also extremely long. I'm not far from the place but it's guaranteed over an hour for delivery. Last time I had to call multiple times to get an answer. Then the driver couldn't find me so that was a huge hassle too. Had to walk down the road quite far. Not sure why. So yeah, used to be excellent. Not as good anymore.

   Floris used to be the best pizza place in Coventry, I’d order it weekly, the food would come really fast and it would piping hot and taste amazing. The last 2 orders I’ve made have been really disappointing. The “spicy” chicken strips used to be really good, but they're now replaced with soggy southern fried chicken strips and they are not what’s advertised. Both occasions they’ve not had the dips I ordered. My recent order came with the sides luke warm and the pizza was room temp. The toppings have also changed, the meatballs are dry, shriveled and taste really unpleasant, they used to be lovely. Unfortunately they’ve gone from being the best pizza place to quite possibly the worst.

   First time coming here and I am blown away by the delicious pizza and how clean the pizza shop is! The ingredients are super high quality and you feel great after eating the pizza! Will be coming here again and getting the sea food special pizza!!!

   Love this place. It’s mine and my partners go to. The food is always so good. The pizza is amazing and has a variety of toppings. The sides are always perfect. The food you get for your money is a great deal. Honestly cutting every other pizza place out. I can’t praise this place enough. 10/10

   i live decently far away but the food arrived still hot and absolutely delicious the lad on the phone was kind and took his time and the delivery driver was also kind and had the change ready at the door! lovely staff and lovely food, i couldn’t be happier and ill be ordering from them again. the pizza has a generous amount of cheese with an amazing cheese pull for the aesthetics and the chicken strips are tender and juicy and amazing paired with the garlic mayo they provide you with. 10/10 thank you floris pizza

   This pizza place is by far one of the best ones in Coventry. I ordered two large pizzas and chicken wings. The food was absolutely fabulous, warm and tasty, unlike many other places in Coventry where their pizza is full of grease. The delivery guy was very nice and friendly with quick service :). I hope they can maintain the same price-quality as i am planning to order frequently from this place. Definitely recommend if you want to eat some good pizza :)
