Tastiest pizza, side and dip that we ever had from a pizza place. Although disappointed that they used old pizza dough for one pizza and gave us a Pepsi Max instead of Pepsi.
First time i choose PJP and have to say not dissapointed. Pizza was delicious and price ok. Recomended.
We ordered a family bundle pizza, which includes two pizzas, but only received one. When I called to address the error, they hung up on me rudely, offering no apology.
Ordered a half and half pizza and waited for it. When we got home is was wrong and not what we ordered. Called the store they offer to replace but wanted to charge for delivery, which is unacceptable considering it there mistake.
Horrendous. Only live a 2 minute walk. Ordered at 4:30pm received 6:15pm on a Sunday. I called up at 5:30pm to be told it’s out with a driver I stated are you sure as you would have to look at my house before you got in a delivery vehicle. She said let me double check oh and it wasn’t out with a driver not even made it into the oven. Forget the app that told me it was out for delivery within half an hour. Once I got it seamed hot but pizza was massively undercooked and I ordered deep base and it was as thin as a pancake. All the toppings just fell off instantly. Chicken wings wouldn’t touch them, potato tots cold hard. If it costs £10 more for a dominos it is worth it. Plus no way to complain on the app or get any help with the order. Once you’ve ordered, all you can do is wait!

I made an order and on the 12th of March for myself and my three kids- I immediately cancelled because their dad came in immediately with a large take away. Since 12th of March 2023, Papa John has refused me a refund- I have called more than 10 times, they keep posting me around and telling me to call back. Please give me back my money I need it to pay for my kids school dinner for the week. I have my order receipt, I have the screenshot of all the times have called you guys- this is the height of negligence and as a first time customer- this is the worst experience have had in England since have lived here since 2010- so wicked of the management!!!!
The people doing flyers for them ignore no junkmail signs. I love being woken up by people throwing litter through my postbox.
Why is there food always so late they tell you half hour but never get delivered!!!!
