I love their chicken and chips. I come in when I need a quick snack to eat. Now under a new management, so hopefully improved services.
Disgusting food AND hey tried to *rip me off*. The delivery driver rang and in though barely comprehensible tried to tell me that there was another two pound delivery charge. I told him that I'd already paid the delivery charge (paid in full, online, inc. delivery) and didn't have cash. He said ok and hung up. When he arrived he tried to ask me for a delivery charge *again*. I said no and he handed over the food and drove off. The food itself was *cold*. I don't mean luke warm, I mean cold and soggy. This is the worst meal I've ever ordered off this site with combined with an attempt to charge extras and a sullen miserable delivery driver. Avoid, avoid, avoid. (The hotwings, though cold, were quite nice, to be fair).
I was buying a spicy fillet burger and handed them 2 new pound coins and 70 pence in change only to be given back an old pound coin, new pound coin and my 70 pence of change. The cashier proceeded to smirk and said that I have them the coin whilst my friend seen them switch it. We asked them to look at the CCTV which they responded no. They are scammers, Don't buy from here. P.S. Their food is tasteless as previously eating here before. Horrible experience.

I phoned to place an order for two pizzas with the buy one get one free offer. I asked if I could have three toppings on one free choice pizza and five on the other. The guys sounded very rude and consistently talked over me. He disagreed, as I tried to convince him and questions why they couldn't do that. His tone of voice was very rude and he consistently talked over me. Apparently according to him he has had enough of "Asian customer" but he isn't being rude. At that point I felt really humiliated. This is the second time I am ordering and this guy's doesn't know me. In brief as a customer you pay for pizza and deal with humiliation. He abruptly told me to go away as I confronted him with his choice of words. Apparently he is the owner hence I was not put through to a manager. I would recommend people to order somewhere else. Their pizza is nice but the behavior and humiliation isn't worth it. If his approach was good and he had respect for customs I would have just accepted to pay an extra for the fifth topping. Would never order from a place like this. Hope oregano pizza learn that you can't get anywhere in life by referring to customer as "problematic Asian customer" who complain about topping/burnt pizza.
I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and was absolutely disgusted with their customer service. I placed my order using their online app, we had decided to treat the kids to a pizza. I ordered 3 pizzas, I had asked for these to not come with the full toppings, to remove oregano from 2 pizzas and to remove 2 toppings from another. After 50 minutes our order finally arrived. All of the pizzas had all of the toppings that I specifically requested them not to have. When I called to get new pizzas, the man on the phone persisted to ask whether I really needed another 3 sending out (despite it being their fault that my order was wrong) I agreed to them only sending 2 out (my partner was too hungry to care about the oregano on his pizza, however the kids would not eat theirs) A further 40 minutes later the 2 pizzas arrive, 1 correct and another still wrong! So I called them AGAIN! This time I was told that they would not send out another (despite us returning the first two and again offering to return this one, it was clear we were not eating them) After a heated conversation he would not budge, they outright refused to send us the correct order. At this point I demanded a refund for the one pizza. He agreed after a small argument. When the refund came it was again, wrong. They gave me less money than I had originally paid, but at this point I was sick of arguing. I will never be ordering from here again, I would rather pay more for my food than deal with this company again.
