Waitrose's take away sushi. Compared with the other supermarkets, it is the best. A bit more costly but the quality deserves it.

I have ordered online for valentines dinner few days in advance. I was supposed to collect at 7.10pm when suddenly at 6.45pm I got a phone call to say they have only noticed my order. They tried to explain they had issues with Wifi. I could possibly understand if I placed and order few hours before collection time but this was 4 days prior when they charged me. Poor. Very poor. The quality of customer service informing of of this was shocking. Disappointing
Amazing sushi, one thing that was bit off, was that i had to wait half an hour more, than what they showed in the home page, when making order.
