I ordered my food after waiting for an hour. My food was delivered to the wrong address or not at all. I don’t know where it went. They took my money and then hung up on me when I complained.
We have only ever ordered from Snappy. It was always my favorite for pizza. After this weekend, never again. Cold, bland food delivered. Crust so thin, which could not support the topping. The pizza was like a glopping mess . No flavour to the toppings, just rubber cheese. These are not cheap pizza's to buy neither. Plus add on delivery charges. Sorry this should be on the Bedworth Branch!
We've just had our pizzas, it was the worst we've ever had, pizzas were both soggy but bunt on the edges, the classic hawaiian had a funny taste to it and the onion rings were also soggy. Last time we order from here the food was fantastic, we both agree the rest of the pizzas will be going in the bin. We won't be returning customers.
My recent experience does not even warrant 1 star because what I usually order from spon end is always enjoyable, what I got from this outlet today was disgusting. Burger burnt, bap stale on bottom and the bacon was scratty tiny bits not rashers. This is not the standard I paid for. I have always placed orders for pizza from here for years and this order has completely put me off.
I used to live in Coventry 20 years ago and had completely forgotten Snappy Tomato existed! Had to nip into Coventry for work so picked up some pizza on the way home. Telephone was picked up quickly, then was put on the counter while the lady dealt with someone else. If you don't have time to deal with a customer, why pick up the phone? Once she'd fi ished, placing the order was fairly quick. Then drove to the store to pick it up about 20 mins later. There was literally no one in the front of the store. I stood there for a few minutes before someone popped their head out from far in the back and a couple of people appeared. Paid, and then left. Pizza was good, I'd not had Snappy Tomato for a long time, but they do make nice pizzas. Had a bbq and a meat feast type thing, tasted nice fresh and also reheated the next day too (always sprinkle a bit of water on the pizza before you chuck it on the grill/oven)
