   I had a very disappointing experience with pizza quality at Cheylesmore branch. I ordered veg pizza today evening, the dough of pizza was very hard, not fluffy and dark in colour. It did taste good, I looked under cooked, I had to throw the pizza and look for dinner somewhere else. I am a regular eater of papa johns pizza, but this was the worst pizza I ever had.

   I order Pizza Finished a 15 hour shift as a driver and needed something decent to eat. Thought best to go with a franchise but they kept me waiting almost an hour after expected delivery time, no update after requested and when it did arrive it was cold. I was tired and hungry and was told it would take another 20 mins for a fresh pizza. It was only a 5min drive from where I was so I thought I could rely on them to provide me with something hot fresh and edible. Apparently not. Not order agan 0 rating i wait for 1.30 mints

   Order I pizza from here through Deliveroo yesterday it never showed up. Papa John's are on of a few restaurants on Deliveroo who are responsible for delivering orders from Deliveroo themselves. When I complained to the restaurant on the night I was told I could have a refund and I would be contacted today, Sunday, this never happened and I ended up calling the restaurant myself only to be told I couldn't get a refund because ot was Deliveroo responsible. I then contacted Deliveroo who contacted the restaurant the restaurant told Deliveroo my order had been delivered this was a lie it hadn't been delivered it all. Deliveroo contacted the restaurant again and they finally offered me a refund of £15.49 despite the fact the pizza was £18.23. Unacceptable and I will not be using Papa John's again as I no longer trust them

   I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Papa John’s. On February 18, I bought a pizza from your store and the very next day, I experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea. When I discussed this with a friend, she mentioned that her husband had faced the same issues after eating from Papa John’s the same week.This is deeply concerning, as it suggests a potential issue with the food quality or preparation. I happen to notice that the staff who was preparing the pizza was not wearing any gloves. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into the matter to ensure food safety and quality for your customers.

   Really happy, as a vegetarian with kids, Ben really delivered...half and half pizza. Stuffed crust and considering I live 20 mins away the pizza was still hot when i got home. Great service, great pizza

   The Pizzas are really nice and well made, in-fact way better than Domino's and Pizza Hut. I always call to order and then collect it from here so never had a problem with waiting times. They always have got great deals on collection.

   Foods good when it eventually arrives. If you order on the app be warned that it will show as delivered long before you actually get your food. When you ring to find out where it is you will inevitably be told it has just left this second and is 5 minutes away. If you ring again 10 minutes later they will still tell you it's 5 minutes away.... They will also offer you a free medium Pizza as an apology but when you actually try redeem the free pizza they have no record of it. Probably best avoided.
