   I ordered food on 12/8/2025 via website they took £20 payment I received no food, still waiting for refund I will go through my bank. I will take my custom elsewhere from now on

   Me and my friend called the place over 5 times to pre order the food. No reply. We were 5 minutes away after walking for 20 minutes only for the website to call us saying fhe place is closed, even though the website said it was open. Over all the food had been decent but the food has been slacking more and more lately and prices increased.

   Waited 20 minutes for a single fillet chicken burger,the customer service was poor, when I got the food it was literally just a burger bun and chicken with some ketchup

   I wish I could half a star they are absolutely useless delivering wrong food or no food and when contacted for Some reason it's us as the customers are in the wrong . if your reading this reveiw do yourself a favour and pay more elsewear

   Ordered a couple of pizzas over the telephone and asked about any deals that they had. The person said there were no deals so we proceeded to order 2 pizzas for £14. Went to collect in store, only to find that there was an offer which included 2 pizzas and a drink for £13. We asked for this offer to be applied, which the person did but only after claiming we didn't ask about any offer. Pizzas weren't that great and they missed one of the toppings off both pizzas.

   My friend ordered a pizza wit came all good and quite nice but it had stuff it didn't specify on it then later on I take bite in to my own margarita pizza and find a giant hair I then proceed to call the place and they were very rude claiming that we were trying to get free pizza and that we lied about it ⛔⚠️NEVER ORDER HERE IF U WANT A GOOD LIFE EXPECTENCY⛔⚠️
