   Placed a large lunch order for collection, but none of the pizza boxes and sides were labelled Felt uncomfortable opening other people's orders but that was the only way. Shame as the lunch meal deal is good value. I would order again and next time ask the staff to label the orders.

   I love going to this pizza place as the pizzas taste very good and the staff are so friendly. I find the manager Manpreet very professional and also very friendly. Also I do not know if a girl who worked here works here anymore but her name was Ritvika I think and was also very professional. I would definitely come back here to buy pizza.

   Used pizza hut delivery a few times now. Although we have had the odd occasion where we have waited a really long time for cold food, they have recently improved massively. Food was hot and really good and the service was exceptional. We have a difficult address to find and the driver had no issues finding it at all. Only 4 stars and not 5 as the price isn't massively competitive with other pizza places locally. Keep up the good work though guys!

   Disgusting service. Placed order received food an hour late & cold phoned up, waited on the phone for 30 minutes for someone to answer to than be told that they cannot issue a refund and that we need to contact the main office then proceeded to give us a false number to a local Caravan home park not only was our food cold, It was also incorrect, with many items not what we ordered. would not recommend if I could give them no stars I would!

   I’m absolutely disappointed the staff needs alot of training the food is good but the staff are not friendly they speak to you like they are in hurry and make you feel that you have to know all the deals and all the food is just is not a bad thing to say welcome and thanks from time to time

   Will not order again. Order arrived late wrong and cold. Told driver to take the order back as it was cold. But he totally ignored me going out to him and drove off. Called back and manager said will send again. I didn’t want to wait for another 2 hours

   Not worthy of any stars. Ordered food at 6pm, it's now 11.30pm, no food. tried calling this place 54 times but no response yet they were happy to take the money. Not the first issue with this place, if there's no delivery of food,it's being spoken to by rude members of staff. Will definitely not be ordering from here again

   Ordered a two large classic crust pizza deal, it arrived late and the crust was like cardboard with stale ingredients, over cooked to hide the quality of the ingredients. Garlic bread stale dry and over cooked. Complained to PizzaHut directly and all they offered was to talk to the managers and credit me with their ‘pizza slice’ loyalty scheme. Really disgusted with the quality of the food and lack of care from their head office. I will not eat or order at Pizza Hut again. Edit. after a couple more emails requesting a senior manager intervention, I got my money back. I don’t think I will order from Pizza Hut again though.
