   Ordered from this takeaway a few times - and it used to be very good up to several months ago. Now the prices have risen, either the food is cold on delivery (despite living a five minute drive away), or the order isn't correct, or it taking up to an hour and a half to deliver - or a mixture of all the previous. Last night was the final straw for us using this restaurant anymore, I'm afraid.... Ordered 1x Margherita 12" 1x Chicken and Sweetcorn 12' 1x chicken strips with chips. What we received 2 x Pepperoni 12" - cold and late 1 x chicken nuggets and chips - cold and late Tried to call the restaurant but couldn't get through. Sadly this is one mistake too many and we'll be looking elsewhere for our pizza from now on. A pity because this used to be a favourite of ours.

   Tasty food and delivered on time but shocking portion size saying I have just paid £8.99 for chicken meat and chips. If I would have been there in person I wouldn't of paid more then £3. So either sort out your portion size or have a word with the delivery driver who must be eating it. I only went with this place as they score the highest on just eat but obviously that means nothing. My daughter had Donna and chips at £5.50 and was twice the size what I had. I won't be going back.

   Trusting NAPOLI PIZZA NUNEATON -?? NEVER! I ORDER GARLIC PEPPERONI PIZZA = RECEIVED PEPPERONI ONION MUSHROOMS PIZZA !!!! Calling them and ask if they can do the right one they ask me to go back to them and get the right one , do you think it’s fair to waste one more hour for their mistake ??!!!

   Waited an hour to check on order on just eat to see it was cancelled not sure what happened but I have ordered from here for years from my previous address and now new address just hope it does not happen again as I do like the food and delivery charge is fair not over priced like most places now......

   Ordered pizza at 5pm. At 6:20 I called to see where my food was and they said it was on way. Food finally arrived at 7:15 which was cold and burnt and was inedible to eat.When I call to complain they made the excuse there was rain and road works everywhere and refused to give me a refund

   Unfortunately not a good review. 2 hours from placing my on line order. Margarita pizza tough and luke warm. Mexican pizza very nice but luke warm. Chips luke warm. Haven't had a takeaway from here since before lockdown. Disappointing. Won't order again. Could do better Napoli.
