I’ve been coming to Sovrano for some years now. Unfortunately the last 2 experiences were not as I know since I came first time. On both instances the food was late (nearly one hour for 2 breakfasts, and there wasn’t so crowded - Full English and a Mega breakfast ). The explanation was simple as the ticket didn’t print, but the order was written on a small notebook…Also when the food came the bacon and eggs were burned and the hash browns and sausages barely cooked.

Stopped by for a drink today for the first time. It’s been open for years now and is always busy. Really nice inside and seating outside too, great in the sun. We had chicken ceasar salad, spaghetti bolgnese, milkshakes and a beer, reasonable prices for drinks and food for the city centre. Kids loved the shakes and the beer was ice cold. . Quick and friendly service.

I come to this café every week to work on my journal, and it’s become such a comforting routine! The coffee is always great—smooth and flavourful—and the atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for thinking, writing, or just relaxing. The staff are consistently kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you’re looking for a quiet corner to reflect or just a good cup of coffee, this place has it!

There is plenty of room downstairs for a wheelchair, but the entrance to the toilet was blocked with highchairs and other, which meant my husband had to hobble into the toilet. If you enjoy eating meat, then it's a good menu. Otherwise, it was not good for vegetarians or vegans. My friend had scrambled eggs and beans. The eggs looked like they had been overdone, as he did not enjoy them. The restaurant was very clean, tidy, and well decorated.

We stayed a while as our day trip to Coventry was rather rainy. We ordered a Nutella and banana pancake, chips and drinks. The pancake was amazing! Great service and reasonable prices. Seating inside and outside. We sat upstairs and watched the world go by. If we decide to visit Coventry again we will pop in.

A nice spot for breakfast in the city centre. Cheap meal. I had the vegetarian breakfast but honestly not very impressed with the quality of food. Mainly beans on the plate. The food was ok, but I don’t think I would come back. The orange juice was delicious tho. The staff were nice.

Traditional English Breakfast. Priced well across menu, nice full portioned plate. The food was fresh and very well cooked, some breakfast places you can get subpar service but this was wonderful. Friendly staff and I was in and out under 20 minutes. Cozy inside and nice seating outside as well. First time but I will return this was a great choice walked by it enough happy I finally sat down. Will try lunch next time 5/5

Delicious food and good service and friendly interaction. But you need to wait little long to get chips. Good spot for hangout. Tried Banana & Maple Syrup, Melted Nutella Spread, cappuccino, chips and latte
