I got a take away delivered by uber eats and Iām not sure which party or both were to blame! The pasta was rubbery and overcooked it stuck together. The garlic bread was burnt and cold.
We visited this Pizza Express as part of a trip to Warwick. The food was excellent and the portions were very big. During checkout we had an issue with a voucher and Virginia and Lutchie were amazing at sorting the issue for us. A massive thank you to both Lutchie and Virginia, they were so friendly, bubbly and made our day! I would highly recommend this branch, just to visit the lovely staff.
Food was really good and came quickly. Service was great as well. Thank you to the staff. The venue is also really charming.
A quite beautiful place to eat lunch in Warwick, a little cramped to begin with but the hall area took my breath away again. This could've been a very important house in the past. It's great to see how such houses of Warwick could be. Food was delicious but they ran out of 50p pieces for the lights a couple of times. So happy to have been back here.
We booked via the app and when we arrived at 5.45pm the restaurant looked fairly quiet. The staff were friendly and our order taken quickly. I was with my 6yr old son and husband and we went to Pizza Express for its kids menu and quick service.. Our dough balls took 35mins to arrive!! And when they did they were cold. We didn't complain because we were hungry our mains took just short of an hour for 3 pizzas. The lady did say sorry, but this isn't good enough, and we were disappointed and fed up. The mains were piping hot and actually delicious! Shame it took so so long. The restaurant inside is lovely with high ceilings. Toilets need a lick of pain. There is graffiti on the back of the cubicles. We asked for our bill, and they hadn't deducted the kids' meals as kids eat for free, so we had to wait for this to be done. Pizza Express we are disappointed!!
Tasty food, excellent service and great ambience. That's why we dine here often. If you appreciate wonderful, fresh, hot pizza with friendly service, you'll enjoy your time here. Very highly recommended!
I had a Calzone and it was delicious. My friends were happy with their pizzas too. The waiter was friendly but the service from the kitchen was slow even though the restaurant was half empty. 'With salad' should be more than a few rocket leaves. The ladies toilets were terrible and the floor flooded. The waiter said it is an old building and everything was breaking down - horrible metal tables and chairs in a fabulous beamed room? Come on Pizza Express!
Waited over 30 minutes for food to arrive, we ordered doughballs with our food which never arrived. Got put on a table in the far corner and felt very excluded from the customer experience. Waitress was very apologetic, and she was lovely towards us didn't get her name though unfortunately.
Service unusually poor. Main course bought out before starters cleared. Main course not cleared when deserts bought out. One of the staff stood next to the service pass doing very little the whole time. Nobody asked how our meal was - mediocre would have been the response, dishes were a bit cold. Worth avoiding!
