    Ordered online around 7.45. An hour after the arrival time, the food hadn't arrived. Rang multiple times but call kept getting rejected. After persistently trying for around 15 minutes, I eventually got through to someone who struggled to find my order. When she eventually did, she said it was currently being prepared, despite the status on the app saying sent out for delivery, and said she would cancel and refund. Food then showed up at around 9.50 pm, stone cold. Refund not processed. Absolute joke. Don't know why I didn't just order from Domino's. Will do next time.

    Absolutely shocking, will never be ordering from here again. Food ordered at 7:30pm through just eat, estimated time of arrival was 8:30pm, 8:40pm and food marked as delivered. Called the restaurant and line engaged, called over 30 times until finally 9:30pm the call rings through and someone answered, confirming it was out for delivery but didn’t know how long it would be. 9:40pm (two hour and 10 mins after order) food arrived, but this point we were starving but not surprisingly after so long the food was soggy and cold. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. The longest I’ve ever waited for food and it was very below standards. Don’t waste your money or time

    We order 2 large pizza and a medium with a side and a drink. The order arrived incomplete and hated to wait another 25 minutes for the rest of our order to arrive. Leaving us with half a cold order of a meal. I asked for a full refund they refused stating I needed to return my order. Never going to use this company again. Poor customer service. I would like to apologise to the delivery driver that brought the rest of our order out. It wasn't his fault that the staff at the Leamington branch and the Uber driver that delivered our first half.

    Ordered Papa Johns for family of 5, 3 medium pizzas, 2 sides. Tracking showed it had arrived but it hadn’t so when I called up 15 minutes after this, the lady on the phone seemed annoyed that I had called (even though the tracking says if it doesn’t show up within 5 min, to call she store). It then arrived, one pizza missing. Delivery driver was kind and said he would bring it right away. 20 minutes later I called to see how long it would be, again she was rude and sounded like I was the inconvenience by ringing up - baring in mind my kids are sat here waiting for their dinner! I asked for an ETA and was told it’ll take as long as it takes to get here from the store! So I asked if he was leaving right now to which she said he has already left… I live 10 minutes away and it took 20 minutes (after my phone call) to arrive. Again, driver was kind. Lady on the phone was rude and has no customer service skills, it wasn’t our fault the full order wasn’t sent but she was acting like it was.     SO DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Pre ordered (on their website) 4 large pizzas 3.5hrs before delivery time for my daughters birthday sleepover and paid extra for delivery as a treat for 8:30pm. After an hour they said they were nearly ready and would be 20mins. Never arrived. After 7 polite phone calls and the phone being left as "they went to find out what happened" and never came back to the call, they said they had screwed up the order. They arrived over 2 hours late with no offer of recompense for the let down. This was an expensive order and we had chosen over Red Hot Mamas and Dominoes. Would have cancelled the order 2 hours in but it was too late to order elsewhere with a house of hungry kids and I had already paid the, online. Politely emailed in after to avoid someone else suffering the same let down and heard nothing back. Shame as the Pizzas were lovely but don't advertise delivery slots if they can't actually deliver. 30-45mins is understandable, not 2 hours. No way to run a business, sad to see.

    Ordered a create your own pizza that was gluten free base and vegetarian jackfruit pepperoni. Specifically told them vegetarian. Started eating the pizza that had the jackfruit on top. There was meat Pepperoni all under the cheese! This has made my partner be very sick. Also feel really awful about ruining nearly 10 years of being a strict vegetarian. On returning to the store the woman behind the counter (the manager) that took the order refused to give us a refund and to not tell the owner because she will loose her job. So we couldn’t get our money back for a pizza that had meat hidden in it. She blamed the other staff member that had apparently already gone home for making the pizza, but surely there’s some sort of quality control in place here? So we don’t have dinner, my partner is sick and I’ve spent money on something I couldn’t eat, with no resolution.

    I ordered two chicken clubs pizzas, it had no chicken, no cheese I asked for not too much tomato sauce and it was the opposite it had too much, the tomatoes inside were not grilled. It was like I was having a pizza with only tomato sauce. It went straight into the bin.

    took 45 mins to arrive, came cold, found a hair in the pizza, soggy, mentioned not to knock on the door as of the baby being asleep, when requesting to be refunded got a rude response and got hung up on. very disappointed my baby had a hard night with breast feeding aswell.

    Absolutely awful. I ordered through uber eats at 00:20 and the order was accepted, they close at 1am. The refused to process my order so the driver got there and they told him they didn't make it. I am physically unable to cancel the order on my end and so was the driver. I called the site and whoever picked up the phone was the most spineless weasel I've ever talked to and refused to even help me. Now I am here at 1:45 with an order that will never be made until they open and I know I'll be asleep by then and won't answer the door for my 10 hour late pizza. The papa johns website is awful and doesn't even have an email you can contact to complain, you just have to contact the site you ordered from. Which doesn't help if the people who work there don't even attempt to help you. When I called, whoever picked up the phone lied to my face saying they got the order at 1pm which is a bold faced lie since they have to accept it, if they didn't and it automatically accepted then they should be watching their orders come through. This has been absolutely awful and with impossible communication.
