   Received my food nearly 2 hours later, pizza is cold to the touch and calling the establishment I was met with a hastily hang-up because the person on the phone wouldn't speak clearing and when I called a 2nd time I was them met with a agitated sigh then told the place had closed (which Papa Johns was still on Just Eat and it says on their timetable it closes at 11pm) Very poor service, rude phone man and poor food quality!

   Hi, I visited Papa John’s today at 7:40 PM and had a very disappointing experience. There were two staff members on shift who showed zero interest in working,everything was done at a slow pace, and I noticed they didn’t even wash their hands after handling meat, which is a serious hygiene concern. I also asked them to inform me before they started making my pizza because I had a specific request, but that was ignored. On top of that, the pizza itself was bland and definitely not worth the £14 I spent. Really poor customer service and food quality, I won’t be coming back.

   Very very poor . Staff Not having correct change in the till so went next door to get change .came bk starting making pizza without washing his hands .very poor attitude .he was still unable to give my change

   Took them 1 hour 11 mins to deliver the wrong pizza. Sides were cold. AVOID. National customer service just as useless.

   Ordered large shredded beef pizza for my grandson. Delivered pretty promptly. Pizza with barbeque sauce and plenty of chillies. Maybe seven tiny slithers of shredded beef. For 19.99 plus 1.75 delivery it was unacceptable. The following morning I returned the pizza for a refund. Wow the customer service is a joke. No manager in store so I spoke to her on the phone and she informs me I should have returned it within 30 minutes from the time of delivery. They offered to make me another one but I was on my way to work and my grandson was at college. I called in the shop many times over the next few days, no manager no refund. Eventually more than a week later after leaving feed back with papa johns I get a refund of 10.00. This is the very first time I used this company and definitely my last. I thought I would support a new local business. but if we gonna have pizza it will be from Dominos.
