The delivery was quicker than expected. I had the tandoori mix kebab in naan bread, it was delicious and was HUGE. It had tons of donner meat, chicken kebab and one shish kebab in it. I also had the chicken fillet burger which was fresh and succulent. I highly recommend this place!
I ordered from here today at 6pm . I’ve never had a problem with them before until tonight. By 7.30 my justeat app said delivered so I ring up to check why and where my food is, the guy I spoke to said the driver is coming, by 8pm still no sign so I ring back to a woman who answered very rudely she refused to listen to me, she said “I’m busy” and hung up on me. I instantly phoned her back to which she said driving will leave soon so I asked why I was already told the driver had left and why my app said delivered to which she said “that’s fine goodbye” and hung up. I had to order elsewhere as had a hungry family who had been waiting 2 hours. Rude and Ridiculous and unfortunately have lost a valuable and regular customer!
Food was very disappointing especially after waiting an hour and 50 minutes for delivery. The person on the phone was really rude and lied multiple times about where our order was. He told us the driver was stuck in traffic but the driver said it was a clear route. Then on a second phone call he said the driver had only just left and denied saying that they were stuck in traffic. They kept threating to cancel the order and if we wanted a refund we would have to phone the driver and get them to turn around. The chicken poppers we ordered where full of grisle, The wrap is a small compared to other eateries. The curly fries were way too salty. If i could give less than one star i would based on their customer service alone.
Food is not great for the prices however they don't advertise the delivery charges ontop of exhaustionate prices they add on 4.99 and this they dont show on flyer or let customer know. When i questioned why they don't tell customer of the amount of delivery charge the guy told me i have to pay driver. Then slammed the phone i called back and another guy picked phone i told him the same then told him its a matter of principle you have to be clear of the charge that applys he for 4.99 was not accepting the principle around this being clear. As they charged me already on my card i said ok do the order on this occasion he said he doesnt want to serve me when i said wjen will i get the money i have been charged his response was do you know how refunds work it takes 2 days. Bad customer service full stop. As this is the only halal place i just use them whereas there food is nothing special I can get better food quality / service and costs without hidden charges from many other places. Greedy and rude...
Absolutely disgusting service and food Driver went to wrong address, wrong town too! They said they would send fresh food as their mistake, food turned up 10 minutes later, driver said I took it back and they microwaved it! Cheesy chips look like plastic
