Had a great meal at Wagamama today. The food was fresh and full of flavour, and it came out quickly. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were friendly. Would definitely go again.
Food absolutely delicious. We had an amazing meal. The staff were incredible- in particular, Marco was brilliant. He was extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcome. It really made a difference to our evening. Thanks so much :)
The food looked beautiful and the staff were extremely hospitable and kind. However, this was my first time eating at wagamamas and I have to say the food was beyond disappointing. The katsu curry was insanely bland and absolutely not worth £15. Please go to actual Asian places which serve food that is both more authentic and affordable. This was not worth the price for me.
First time at a Waga's and it was great! Service as soon as we got there was excellent. It was quite busy as we went during bank holiday weekend so we could only get a smaller table for our larger party, but the service was fast and excellent and they were really nice people. The food and drinks were delicious, nobody had any complaints and we will definitely be going back!
The crew was in the area and decided to have food in here. It's been some time since I had been to this chain but another had been recently and recommended it. The greeting was welcoming and most of the stars in this review are because the service was so good! The menu had a lot of vegetarian options on it too which was a nice surprise. The people waiting the tables were all lovely to talk to and would check in often, even if they were serving another table and it was great to be able to add to the order no matter who was passing. The food arrived warm and ready to eat but I wouldn't say it was fast. Yet in good company you'll not notice this. Sadly for me it was the food that let this place down. It just didn't have much flavour. It was nice but not so nice I will be attending this chain any time soon. You'll not be writing home about the food. But the great service will make your day. It was a little pricey for the size of the potions you get. All in all wasn't too bad. Worth popping by and gambling that there will be a different cook that nails the food. Enjoy.
Got here at approx 11:30am on Saturday, not busy when we got here but packed by the time we left an hour later. Very friendly staff who checked whether we had dietary requirements. Nice atmosphere and decor. The food was tasty and didn't require any extra chilli oil or soy sauce. The dishes come out whichever is ready first, which means all the food was freshly cooked! Great taste and would come back again. Nice selection of teas, I had lemongrass and ginger. Pork belly ramen was delicious with the spicy broth!
Warm ambiance to sit down with, long tables like in a food hall or can find a booth along the back. The noodle bowls and appetizer gyoza was delicious. Had a nice selection of drinks to follow with, but just an overall enjoyable meal. Staff was very kind and welcoming which made the experience even better.
Good staff serving us, the steak teriyaki soba was very tasty. Ramen was okay but wasn't amazing. The beef in the ramen was very flavoursome. The squid starter we had was hot and crispy! Free unlimited green tea aswell! Great experience overall.
Wagamama is my go-to restaurant anytime I want to eat a sumptuous, hearty, flavorful meal! Love it and will surely visit again! The location is very central ( right at the heart of the city center ). Its a pretty spacious, big space and the service is quick as well.
Amazing staff who asked me about my allergies and handed my table the the manager. He was so attentive and explained all the allergens and that wagamama is a nut-free kitchen. I felt so at ease knowing there was pretty much no chance of me having a reaction. Amazing value for money and such variety on the menu. Thoroughly cemented in me why I love the chain!
