Delicious food really good options for gluten free but small portions and really salty. Good service, very kind staff. but it’s very loud atmosphere, tiring. Should have some sound/acoustic insulation materials..
I've been to this Wagamama so many times and it's great every visit. The food is always so delicious, and they deliver it just when it's finished cooking (meaning its always still hot). This time I had a server named Brendon, he was enthusiastic about the menu and the food in general which I greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is always wonderful as it used to be a ballroom, so my Granny has told me many times, and you can see how satisfied everyone is with their food. Overall I adore this Wagamama and with definitelu continue to return.
Staff were kind and food amazing. I have allergies to nuts and sesame seeds so was nervous to come eat here but the manager Connor was amazing ! From the beginning he was welcoming and reassuring that all precautions would be taken to keep me safe - I have never been somewhere that delt with allergies this well. Most amazing meal, thank you so much!
I have been visiting Wagamama restaurants since they first opened and my favourite dish has always been Chilli Chicken Ramen. But never in all these years have I been servedvdry hard chicken, like wood. I highlighted this to the staff and they replaced it with exactly the same drab chicken. They politely asked if it was better and I said no, then they left me to eat it, no further action, no removal from the bill. All the other food was very nice as were the staff and the decour. But the main dish was really bad but no-one seemed to care. A restaurant this well established should now how to manage its food products and staff action. In fairness this is the only time I have cause to complain but it was really bad.
Food was quite good, I had the pad Thai. The service was decent. I wish our food had come out all at once. My husband had finished his main course by the time he got his appetiser. It was a Friday night so they were quite busy, and we waited about 15 minutes for a table, which wasn’t bad for how busy they were, but they have this nice big waiting area by the bar and no where to sit down. I think it make it a bit nicer if they just added a bench or something in the bar area.
As always Wagga's interesting and delicious food is excellent, always a treat to eat! I never think the old regent hotel is a great venue it somehow doesn't seem to gel very well, seems a bit cavernous somehow to me Staff nice and friendly and helpful
We had a really tasty meal, a good few gluten free and vegan options. Although some of them aren't on the menu i.e kimchi and vegan egg. It's a longer wait because the manager has to take your order if you have allergies. The food was all delicious, the tempeh ssambap and the miso caramel ice cream were particularly scrumptious. The drinks are all really good too, though i tend to stick to non alcoholic drinks i had to admire to beauty of the pink gin. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because it is very loud and I've always experienced a quite long wait, to be noticed or checked in on for drinks or to pay. It's a shame that you can't order for delivery if you have allergies.
