Ordered the 3 pizzas for £20, when it arrived we had the Tandoori chicken with hardly any cheese, the meat feast with a 2 inch crust and the rajahs special where there was no sign of any cheese. When asked to rectify, I sent pics as requesy, only to be told the pizza chef said 1. He apparently added extra fresh toppings and cheese was underneath ok... and 2. The crust is because I asked for deep pan (was never actually given the option when I ordered). The kind boy who tried to help with a possible free replacement said then he cannot do anything as the pizza chef said the above and i guess theres no management. Sadly our poor kids somehow had 1 pizza with some fries. Next time best stick to the higher end pizza joints. Never again at any Rajahs for us.

I placed an order on uber eats, they had an offer on the pizza as buy 1 and get 1 free, due to never usually ordering from here I thought to try it, was very disappointed the pizzas were like a poppadom very thin base which lead it to being very hard, unfortunately my kids didn’t eat it, they had a lot of the topping on but hardly any base, I called them back about the issue they said a wrong order had been sent to me and to call a different day and they will send a new pizza out for free, I called them and then they said oh we don’t know who you spoke to and am sorry we can’t help you answer contact uber eats; but I was passed the time of complaints, so uber eats couldn’t help me. I feel like it wasn’t the wrong order they just deliberately gave bad food to make it worth it for by one and get 1 free. I will never order pizza from here again. Poor food and poor customer service. It’s all about respect no one will try to call to get a free pizza it’s embarrassing but I felt like my money had been wasted so that’s why I rang them. Stay away from these people they rip you off.

Just went here for a nice family meal and the service was spectacular. The worker on till was very patient with our order, food tasted fresh, was nice and hot. Zinger burger was soft and crunchy, the chips was crispy and warm. If you’re looking to eat with friends or family, I recommend this place the most.

Food came 25 mins late. My burger was literally rock hard. I could tell that chicken was cooked and been sat in their kitchen for a long time. Pizza also very cold with solid cold cheese on top. I rang to complaint and the guy on phone goes I cant do much if the food is cold. We are busy and its not easy for us. We get complains like this all the time but there's nothing I can do. Moral of story. Avoid them if you can. They would rather serve cold food than employ enough staff to deal with orders.
