   Donner was tasty, but portion sizes were very minimalistic, not even a child portion. No salad at all put on the donner which was served in a pitta which had been butchered, Instead of a naan bread .Usually good portions but not this time. Skimmed on portions to make 2 up rather than lose the sale. Unable to phone to complain because they did not answer

   Accepts order only to notify you they've taken your payment but have cancelled your order and gives different reason every time. The place is located not far from my house, but I always get cancellations stating "ingredient unavailable" or "too busy right now". Maybe if those were the case, a quick phone call would be able to resolve the matter, rather than cancelling the order 20 mins after its accepted. Or even just cancel the order immediately, rather than waiting so long. Poor management by the looks of it.
