   Thought we try this place vs our usual but we were left disappointed. Order: Large chips, regular battered chips, Fish, Doner Kebab on Naan, Chicken Mushroom Pie, large curry sauce, Mushy Peas. - The chips did not taste fresh - Battered chips were nothing special - The doner was cut in small thick pieces - The naan was very thick and crumbly - Food was lukewarm (but was collected) - Tubs of curry sauce/mushy were the thinnest and smallest I’ve seen for large. Everything else was average. They really need to up their game with the Doner kebab and naan. The rest is acceptable I suppose.

   Always get great food from Coopers! The owner welcomes everyone with a warm reception and has been my family's go-to chippy for nearly 30 years. I highly recommend the large cod and battered chips!

   Absolutely gorgeous food. Chips fresh and hot, sausage huge and tasty and cod with gorgeous batter was just perfect . Also really generous helpings.

   I wouldn't even give it one star to be honest. Bought fish and chips went into my car first bite of the fish was Absolutely dry and disgusting definitely not fresh. Took it back in the shop within a couple of minutes of purchase and the woman at the counter had a look and said it looks fine. Just left the pack there and didn't even get a refund. Had high expectations of this place but what a let down.

   One of the best local Fish'n'Chips places I've been to yet. Portion sizes are huge and well worth the price, but the fish and the chips. Chips are cooked perfectly on top of that. Service was also quick and very friendly.
