Whilst I love pizza from you, it's not the first time the hours shown on Google aren't right. I rang before setting off; pre-recorded message said you were open but busy but then it turned out you were actually closed. It's happened a few times now, you should update your working hours to save people's time - luckily I live nearby but now I have to travel elsewhere for food.

Wow. Absolutely brilliant pizza. Hand stretched dough, thin and light, stone oven. Amazing. So so so much better than the usual greasy takeaway pizza. Proper job. The kind of quality you'd expect from an Italian restaurant. Don't hesitate. Just order. You won't regret it.

I would say I was a regular customer here. However, after last night the way the staff handled a situation where the order was wrong and wouldn’t accept responsibility is absolutely a poor way of resolving something that they should have gotten right in the first place. The staff was rude and refused to deliver the correct items. When you’re paying over £15 for a takeaway, for 1 person, you expect it to be right. Yeah, it might seem little to them but when you’re allergic to peppers and they blast it all over the pizza (when you clearly stated “no peppers on the pizza please because I’m allergic”) show that they couldn’t care less. Also, get the chips right, I ordered cheesy chips. How hard is that to put cheese on the chips? So carless. I would never order from here again. If you want poor service and chefs and staff that don’t care for allergy or nutritional needs, this is your place (joking don’t order from here). Terrible takeaway.

Having ordered from here previously (a long while ago) and not left a review, thought I would try them again, as the reviews are that they have very good pizzas. We ordered a 14" Carne’ Primo Pizza (Salami, pepperoni, spicy beef & herbs) and a 14" Spicy Beef Supreme Pizza (Mozzarella, tomatoes sauce, beef, onions, mushrooms, peppers) which had an image of a chili and the word spicy next to it, which we took to mean it was going to be spicy. Let's get the negatives out of the way: Carne’ Primo Pizza - had no spicy beef on it, unless it was the few specs of black cubes, which looked like burnt bits of something, but not sure what.....either way it wasn't spicy. It also was very oily (it glistened in the light), as it looks like they have poured additional oil on it, as the crust was covered in it too. Spicy Beef Supreme Pizza - this had more of the black cubes than the Carne’ Primo Pizza, but i had hoped that because it was called the Spicy Beef Supreme, there would more of the 'spicy' beef. Again, the 'spicy' beef wasn't spicy at all and I am not sure if that's to do with the small amount on there or that it wasn't spicy. It tasted more like a vegetarian pizza than anything to do with beef. Now on with the Positives: Carne’ Primo Pizza - Although the oil was off-putting and had virtually no spicy beef, it had a decent amount of Pepperoni and Salami. The crust and the base was spot on, with a good amount of char and a very nice thin base. The cheese and sauce also tasted good. Spicy Beef Supreme Pizza - Although it had very little spicy beef and was not to its namesake at all (spicy or beefy), it had a great amount of veg. This was a great 'vegetarian' pizza and again the crust and the base was spot on, with a good amount of char and a very nice thin base. Along with the Carne’ Primo Pizza, the cheese and sauce tasted good. Some feedback: Avoid adding as much oil to the Carne’ Primo Pizza, as it would mean the slices aren't dripping oil when trying to eat them. It may be worth adding more spicy beef all over both pizzas and making sure it's spicy, especially if you are calling the pizza that. Would we recommend: Based on our disappointing experience probably not for these two pizzas, unless something changed, but it may be how these are made. Would we be back to try a different pizza - more than likely, as the crust, base and the sauce along with the cheese seem to be good.
