This is one of my favourite places to go for pizza and pasta when I’m out in town. The service is good and the prices are reasonable.
Absolutely diabolical experience. The staff were dismissive from the start. When I arrived to collect my order, one staff member told me it would be ready in two minutes. Shortly after, another came over and said it would be another fifteen minutes, and then a third added another five. In the end, I waited over 30 minutes past the collection time with two young, very hungry children. The staff were unhelpful throughout and showed no apology or concern—especially the manager, AIDEN, who was completely evasive and condescending when I raised my concerns. He even refused to give me the names of the staff involved because he "didn’t want to," which is incredibly unprofessional and immature. I honestly have no idea how someone with that attitude ended up as a manager. To make matters worse, the food itself was disgusting—it went straight into the bin. An absolute waste of time and money. Never again! Avoid at all costs. A formal complaint has been lodged.
I’ve not been to Pizza Express for a long time but needed lunch with my toddler and we popped in on Sunday. Really nice inside, comfy, food good but the staff were fantastic. Seated nicely and then seen by a lady with dark long ish hair, she was so good with my little girl, went out her way and it really made a difference. Will definitely return based on the service. Thanks.

The food was served hot, but portions were on the small side for the price! Like one person portions, not for sharing! The service was very good, from taking the order to serving food. The atmosphere was awesome, like you could have a relaxing night and could be there for hours!
Nice atmosphere buzzing at lunch time, good quick service, love that you can check your bill on the app and split it and pay through that method too. Food was good pizza express quality.
Took my daughter's friends to Pizza Express for her birthday. From the moment of booking over the phone to leaving after our meal all staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere created by the staff was tremendous and we appreciated the singing and chief baninging when her birthday cake was brought out. The food was delicious and the price for the children's menu excellent. Will be back to Pizza Express, and specifically to this particular branch. Well done!
I have recommended Pizza express to everyone I know!! The food is amazing better than all rival pizza shops. The deals are excellent and the offers on the app are brilliant. Our daughter and her friends enjoyed a brilliant pizza making party for her 7th birthday. Luke and the team were just fabulous in their efforts. We were so glad we’d booked at Bradford, as the team were much more kid-friendly than at another local Pizza Express we previously attended. I’ll definitely choose Bradford’s Pizza Express more often when eating out, knowing the quality of the service and food there. Thanks to the team - we had a blast!
This is quite a nice, new Pizza Express in the centre of Bradford. We had a quick meal but the lasagne was quite nice. The Melanzane alla Parmigiana was a bit underwhelming- lacked seasoning and edges were a bit too burnt. The tomato sauce isn’t cooked long enough so it lacks that depth of flavour.
