Curry was disgusting, threw in bin. Chips missing from order, delivery driver had no change, phone line didn't work when rang to complain. Driver bought change back so told him , they refused to refund. Definitely won't order again.
honestly this place was appalling. went in and they all completely ignored me for a good 10 mins before asking what i wanted. i told them my order in which it was about £7 more than it said on the menu and so i asked and they said the ‘prices had changed’ but the menu still said the ‘old’ prices? which is illegal? i agreed to pay and the man serving me said it would be 25 mins and to wait in the car. i went and waited and it got to about 20 mins so i went inside to wait as it was cold outside and thought it might save them some time to just hand it to me instead of coming to find me. when i walked in, the man who’d served me said to go back to the car and he’d bring it out, so i thought it was abit off but just went and waited. 10 mins went by and i’d now been waiting nearly 35 mins so went back in and asked how long it’d be. they LAUGHED at me and told me to ‘go back in the car’. i went back and waited another 15 mins until it got to 50 minutes. i got out and asked them how long it would be and i had been told it would be 25 mins and had been waiting double that. i got the same responce again. they finally brought the food out after an hour and 10 mins, in which they’d forgot the cheese on the chips( which i paid £3 extra for) and hadn’t given me any of the sauces i ordered (which were 50p each). i went back in and they all just glared at me by this time i was starving and so said i’ve been waiting over an hour for u to make a basic pizza and burger and chips and u haven’t made it correctly. they sprinkled some cheese over it and said that’s it and told me to go, without giving me the sauces either. by this point i was tired and hungry as it was now 8.45 and had hungry family at home. got home and the food was cold, the pizzas were small and the pizzas were shocking. i’m not even one to write a review but this places food and attitude was so horrible i wouldnt reccomend it to anybody- please don’t go.
Ordered a few times from here and it's always been ok not the best but ok. This time we ordered chicken and chips absolutely inedible completely burnt and you can see the meat no breadcrumbs. I thought it was a new way of cooking but it actually was terrible. My nephew got chicken burger, we were struggling to find the burger completely flattened. I called the shop and the lad that answered the phone was adamant the kitchen staff are telling him it was fine when it was packed. I suggested I'll take pictures of food and send to him he then says the manager is not there and doesn't know what to do. Great that's £20 quid literally in the bin. Thanks guys really appreciate you ruining our food and night.
Check your receipt against the menu prices, that's if you can get it out of the delivery driver's hands. Tried charging me £17 for a £9 meal saying prices had gone up. Big increase that is. Food not that great either, over cooked and luke warm. Never again
Ordered on Friday night, arrived like warm, we live very close but I just assumed they had made a few deliveries before us. A few hours after eating pizza and chips my nephew was severely sick. The next day my daughter was projectile vomiting all day. This is the only food they both ate together as they weren’t together the rest of the day. reported to uber eats and will never order from here again.
Was driving past after being to a wedding and used to get food from here all the time back in the day. So popped back in ordered my old favorite pizza. It was just how it was all them years ago.
Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for the delivery guy to play dumb as to why it was late, then got overcharged. Curry was lukewarm, chips were stone cold and the chicken was that hard my dog refused to eat it. Phoned up to get a load of abuse. I only put 1 star to get on to the comment box. Never again
