Ordered from Clancy for years great service and food. Lately it has been a major let down cold food delivered and long waiting times has it been taken over?? Won’t be ordering again

Been ordering from here for a while and never had a problem. ordered this evening and got burgers which had chip spice on the chips even though I had asked for none. Phoned to complain and was told tough! tried to reply back but instead they hung up on me! just be careful as they clearly don't like complaints!!

I made a pre-order on 20/04/2022 so that when the restaurant opened at 5 pm it would be one of the first out. I was informed my delivery would be at 5:40 pm, however at 5:35 I was notified that my order would be delayed and would arrive at 5:55. When my food finally arrived at 6:05, I was told by the delivery driver that The restaurant had run out of garlic sausage and that they had put a replacement item on. However you could not tell that anything extra was added on to the pizza at all. To say it was supposed to be a meat feast is a joke, it was more like a meat famine. Also the restaurant put on a service charge which is then passed on to the customer who orders using the just eat app. This should be optional just as it would be if you eat in at a restaurant.I must say I was not very happy with the food as there was more crust than actual toppings. Would I order from here again? No definitely not. A big shame as this was my first time ordering from this restaurant. The only positive is, that the delivery driver was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.
New extensive menu, smart revamp of premises, great tasting food.
Just been in and spent £20, one of the orders was a £6 chicken keebab..absolutely tiny would get more in a packet of crisps. Awful amount to give to someone for a £6 meal, will not be going again absolute con artists. Would of give no stars but had to for the review
