   Ordered as a treat but delivery never turned up. Left kids waiting and hungry with no communication. When contacted Papa Johns refused to cancel or refund the order despite such poor service.

   Waited over an hour and a half for a pizza in the middle of the week. Rang to chase and was told it was 2 minutes away, over 20 minutes later still no pizza. Rang to chase again and was told the driver way stuck in the rain, on the 11th Nov is was just a usual rainy November day. We were then told another pizza was being made and would be 30 minutes, taking our order to over 2 hours. When we turned it down and asked for a refund we were told PJ never do refunds. Awful service from a global brand.

   Ordered via just eat at 6.15pm. Expected delivery time in Keighley 6.45pm. Its now 7.30pm and after 2 phone calls, the first being lied to that it would be 10 mins at 7.07pm (meaning 7.17pm) and the second blaming it because we were out of zone - if you cant deliver here dont offer it. Last phone call at 7.26pm and promised it will be 5 or 6 minutes, eventually arrived at 7.37pm. Pizza and sides were cold and half ended up in the bin. AVOID THIS PLACE PEOPLE! Have requested a refund - what a waste of food and a terrible review for this place - shame.

   Waited over an hour for a cold pizza to arrive. After several phone calls and being told it was on its way on all occasions. Don't lie just be honest say you are busy and there had been a delay. Honesty and clarity is the far better way to be professional and gain customers understanding. Still waiting for my refund too...after being told the manager was not authorised to process refunds as it would be deducted from his wage?!!! ... Not my problem mate I've not excepted the cold pizza so therefore I am out of pocket for no product! Be honest papa John's and you'll find happier customers!!

   Great service, staff very friendly and welcoming, currently so.e great deals and freebies for completing a post purchase survey! Very tasty, pizzas with lovely ingredients and very tasty soft crust/ base. AkwYs do collection and food always ready at the time they say, can't comment on delivery. Keep up the good work lads!!

   Great tasting good value and been consistent with the pizza quality over the past few we have had, I travel 6 mile to collect it and it's worth it . No real atmosphere as it's a collection point

   1st visit food was 40 mins late. 2nd visit food was cold. 3rd visit food was not in stock. Rude staff. Oh and beware if you do order something that isn't in stock they don't give you your money back, I'm still waiting for a refund a week later! Won't be using again. Over 2 weeks later and still don't have my money back!

   Ordered 2 for 1 deal at 7pm arrived at 7.15pm to collect. Not ready until after 8pm, incorrect order as something was missed from the order. Not at all impressed, not very hot, very sparse toppings; hardly any cheese, spicy beef almost non existent. Very very expensive and way below average! Will not be returning, Mama's Pizza's on Park Road is significantly better and a lot cheaper. Goodnight!

   We have just ordered our first pizzas from papa John's. Super fast delivery. Pizzas were hot. Not a fan of the special garlic sauce but that's personal preference The garlic & herb dip is lovely. We will be ordering again
