We ate here for 4 nights when when working in Coventry and staying in the Premier Inn. Previous reviews had us worried but they have really turned it around. The lasagne and big stack burger were both very good. Staff are very friendly and attentive, especially Jackie at breakfast. If your working away, you'll have a good time here.

Went in for the 2 for £9.49 menu and was pleasantly surprised. The fish and chips were quite good, although next time I will upgrade to the beer battered version as it was quite thin. The chicken tikka was nice but ordered chips as otherwise wasn't that big. The food came in good time, my only service comment is that the waitress offered other sauces which I requested but never came. The drin are very expensive as they refillable and I wouldn't bother with those again.

Food is all pack microwaved. Staff clearing don't want to be there and don't know whats doing on or how to prepare food and drinks in a presentable manner. Do not buy the 'chocolate milk' for kids. Is chocolate liquid? Put in a glass with milk poured in, even the kids said it was disgusting! I think this place needs a refurbishment as it's very dank and miserable looking but alot could be done with the space. 55 min wait between starter (only the 3 kids had a starter of carrot sticks) and main. It was late evening by the time the microwaved dinners came out. Parents take cash as its full of toy vending machines and you have to pay for your kids to enter the play area. Next time we'll do kfc or nandos after bowling as this experience brought down the whole atmosphere after a great day.

This is the second time I have been here and had a awful experience. I ordered the Turkey burger from the Xmas menu. The waitress came to our table after and told us they had run out of Turkey, rendering 80% of the Xmas menu redundant. This info should have been given to us as we walked in or as we placed our order at the bar. I ordered the Smothered chicken instead, which was by far one of the worst meals I've ever eaten in a restaurant. The taste was bland, barely and cheese or BBQ sauce and the texture was like no chicken I've ever eaten. My partner ordered the three pies and was incredibly underwhelmed with the lack of flavour and small portion size. The pies were tiny, served with a small dollop of cold, hard mash and all of 10 peas. We were not pleased with the waitresses abrupt and confrontational manner either. Will not be coming again.

Ordered my food and half of it was cold, we sent it back to be warmed up whilst the rest of my food was getting cold. Took 5 mins to warm up a bowl of gravy and by that point the rest of my food was cold. I ordered a burger and they didn’t tell me they had no buns or meat… so they improvised and it was not at all what i ordered. I would not recommend and i definitely will not be going back!!

Went here, with 8 family members, to celebrate my grandson's 3rd birthday, so he could go into play area. Started off alright, lady took us to our table, she was nice and polite, then it went downhill after that. We were then told they were resetting the tills, so it would be best to give it 10-15 minutes before going to the counter to order our meals. This was not a problem, as I took my grandson into the play area, and we weren't particularly fussy about ordering immediately. When my wife went to order food, she was informed that the tills were still not working properly and it was cash only. This was a problem, as she didn't have any cash, and was rudely told to go to cashpoint. She eventually found a cashpoint that was working nearby and ordered our food. When our food arrived, my son and daughter-in-law's meal was not exactly what they had ordered. When they pointed this out to the server, apologised and took the food away. After about 5 minutes, we asked the server, where their meals were, again, another apology, and it shouldn't be too long. After another inquiry, it, eventually, arrived. We brought a birthday cake with us, and the lady who sat us down asked if we would like to put the cake behind the bar and have it after our meals. Which we did. When it came to the time for the cake, I asked the server for it and was told to give them a couple of minutes, and they would bring it out. After about 5 mins, I asked about the cake and was told it was on its way. 10 minutes later, still no cake, so we gave up and asked for cake back, and we would enjoy it at home. When my wife complained about the service we received, and the delay in the meals. My sons and daughter-in-law's meal were not charged for. This was a nice touch. However, it didn't detract from the awful experience we had here and will not return. So if you are thinking about eating here, I would recommend you look somewhere else and only go here as a last resort.

A really nice restaurant inside and out. It's got a great appearance about it. I ordered the mix grill and it didn't disappoint. Chunky bit of chicken, 2 sausages, steak & gammon. With all the trimmings, one of the best mix grills I have ever had. Didn't wait to long either. Friendly staff too.

A reasonably new pub. Well laid out with plenty of seating. Next to a Premier Inn and close to the M6. Staff were polite and courteous. We ordered our food and it was on the table within 15 minutes. There is also plenty of parking.

Went for lunch with my 4 year old son. The soft play was small but my son loved it. The food was served quick and was tasty. They have a Costa coffee station, they offer unlimited refills for this. The soft pay was £3.00 for 1hr 30mins. They have 7 sets of tables in the soft pay room, your able to eat and drink in this room when your kids a playing. Lovely place..
