   The pizzas are absolutely spot on, taste amazing every time. Have had maybe 30+ pizzas from here over the last few years. Its the staff/owners that annoy me with this place, they will not answer the phone for an order in the last hour and half of service... which is infuriating when that's the only time you can order because of work. They're also quite rude when they get something wrong with your order... acting like it's the customers fault...? Also Monday to Thursday you used to get a free 9" when you order 2 x 12" and 7 times out of 10 when I turned up they "forgot" to put the 9" on and I'd have to wait for 20 mins in the shop while they make it. By then the actual pizzas I ordered have gone cold. They get a 4 out of 5 still though because the pizzas are just that good!

   Rude staff over many encounters, food taking 2+ hours for delivery when advertised as 55mins at the most. They kept adding more and more time on to my order and when I rang said it’s because there’s only 1 delivery person. If that’s the case, then don’t take on more orders, plan accordingly, and also, I’m guessing they were prioritising bigger orders that came in after mine, because my order was just 1 pizza and a drink. Now I have no food, 2 hours after ordering food. I’m going to have to order from elsewhere and then wait for that to arrive. Absolutely ridiculous. When I’ve gone for collection before, they only put it in when you arrive so you have to then stand there for another 10/15 mins whilst your pizza cook which I find inconvenient as they advertise that it’ll be ready for when you arrive. Shame because the pizzas are nice.

   Ordered 12" Vegetarian Special Pizza (£8) and 12" Mexicano pizza (£9). Charged £17 but received a 12" Vegetarian and 9" Mexicano. I even went back to check with them as the wife made the order and they told me it was correct. A poor review and lost customers over £1.50 - I'm not going to travel back to get a refund or have a discount next time. I'll tell everyone that you rip off customers and take my custom elsewhere.

   Very good pizza, never had a duff order and the food has always been piping hot. the service is great as well with all the staff being extremely friendly. also find their food to be nowhere as greasy as other places. would recommend them to anyone.

   Like this place! Saw a couple of unkind reviews and I actually wondered if they had got the wrong Pizza Napoli? The pizzas are made fresh in a traditional wood oven (fun to watch) & I always thought they were pretty good value. This is a takeaway rather than a restaurant but we eat their pizza all the time. Its fresh & not as unhealthy as somewhere like Dominoes at a fraction of the price.
