Ordered a large lamb skewers kebab with chips and a drink. Literally 4 little pieces of lamb and then Lamb was uncooked cold and chips were soggy. First and last time ordering from here. Absolutely shocking quality!
Excellent Service Pizza are Excellent tasty and spot on I definitely recommend this place as rhe food is value for money and tasty. I order through Just Eat and rhe food always has been delivered on time
25 minute wait (no other customers), food was dry and looked unappetising (chicken pieces and special mix kebab = £17.50). Overpriced and underwhelming. Save yourself your hard-earnt pennies and have toast when home!
So we ordered on Just Eat. It was terrible. Didnt get a burger and fries we ordered. So that was a waste of £5+. Uh the donnar and chicken donnar was hugely overcooked. Dryer than sand at that point. With salad and sauce we specifically said no for. 80% of it was salad and sauce. We got a cheese pizza and a meat feast. Both were meant to be deep. Both came thin (why offer different crusts if you only do 1?) Our meat feast barely had any toppings. May as well have been cheese with like 8 peices of pepperoni. Lets just say this place has been put on the NO pile. With reccomendations to others not to even bother looking at what they have.
Waste of money. No taste, no food quality. I regret not reading the reviews before placing my order.
Don't ever order from them, you will only get an order if they feel like doing it because this company is a money laundering company. I wish I read the reviews on here before I ordered.
Ordered a few kebabs to be delivered on JustEat after work. Waited over an hour. App said delivered. No food was delivered. Several calls to PizzaHot4U. No answer. Gutted. Locked up and went home. 20 mins later, my delivery driver calls. He's at my work with my food. I am home. 7 miles away. He drives the extra 7 miles (14 round trip from original delivery point and back) to bring me my food. Absolute legend. Thank you Abu Ali, you are a true gent and deserve a public mention.
Poor. All 'made' behind the hidden counter. They don't have to dream much bigger. On the positive, at least that light has stopped flickering as you walk past. Go to the Greek place on the corner.
Ordered via just eat and paid, we opted to collect ourselves. Got a call 10 mins later saying the Just Eat pricing was wrong, we would have to pay an extra £8 on top (of a £40 order) when we went to collect. I declined and requested the cancel as I couldn’t do so from my side (on the app or mobile site). They said they were on the phone with Just Eat and would sort it out that way. 10 minutes later it had still not been cancelled, so I called again, they said they were still on the phone to Just Eat, then told me to cancel it myself my side, hung up on me before I could explain that I had already tried and there was no option. Called again 10 minutes later (by this time the food would’ve been ready to collect) and requested again to cancel, they hung up. Called again only to have them immediately hang up the phone. We went down to the takeout location and again requested the cancellation. They said it wasn’t their fault the pricing was wrong - even still that should be taken up with Just Eat, Consumer Rights say you pay for what it as advertised as. Again requested for cancellation, said he would sort, then proceeded to ask us 6 separate times if we were sure, then said we could just pay the £8 on top and get the food. Declined and said I just wanted my money back. Finally got a text and email from Just Eat to say it had been cancelled successfully - if they were apparently on the phone with them to try and cancel then why were they able to do it from the computer screen whilst we were in the shop? Completely unprofessional and very rude. Would avoid this place at all costs.
