   Put a just eat order in an hour ago and still not received checked delivery and it said it would be another hour. 2 hours wait on a Tuesday night for 3 pizzas, had no choice but to cancel. really bad

   Important notice about some restaurants. I want to make everyone aware of a serious issue, especially for drivers in the Brighouse zone. What's the problem? Some restaurants, including Subway Brighouse, Greggs Brighouse, Papa Johns, KFC Hartshead Moor, and Bab Tooma Express, have a bad habit. Their orders aren't ready on time, but they press the "prepared" button on their Just Eat device to clear the order anyway. What happens because of this? · The Just Eat system thinks the order is ready for pickup, but in reality, it isn't. · We drivers arrive and are forced to wait for no reason. · Then, because of this unnecessary waiting, we get warning text messages from Just Eat saying we took too long at the restaurant. Whose fault is this really? This mistake is not ours as drivers, and it's not the Just Eat system's fault. It is purely the actions of these restaurants who are cheating the system. We have even asked them why they do it. If this continues, serious drivers who work full-time for this company could lose their accounts because of these restaurant tricks. We are getting penalized for their actions. Please be careful at these places. Let's look out for each other and share this info. Maybe if enough of us speak up, something can be done.    Accidentally put in an order for collection instead of delivery and the customer service when I rang up was great. They sorted it out quickly and even though they had no drivers, they did what they could to get it to me and arranged delivery through Uber. The food was great and still arrived a decent temperature even though my own mistake delayed getting the food.

   Our go to place for a pizza. Inside is spotless, customer service is great and food is always tasty. One of the few places in the area that offer vegan options. Tried other places and they just don't compare and live up to the standards set by the staff here.

   If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst pizza Ive ever had (I bought vegan ones). Very expensive where sausage does not taste like sausage, popato bites too greasy and cheese was not even standing next to proper vegan cheese! I will never buy from them ever again!

   Called in today and ordered a steak and cheese papadia. When I opened the box the 'papadia' was absolutely swimming in grease, as I picked it up there was grease literally pouring out of it!! Went straight in the bin.

   Very tasty ,hot ,fresh ,prompt delivery . Better than dominos and worth the extra money compared to some of the other pizza places in brighouse. Will definitely be eating from here again .
