This is a good takeaway with great food and really nice, friendly & pleasant staff. I'd recommend this takeaway. I would of give it 10 stars if it has gone up to 10.
I am furious ibwaotes 2 hours for my delivery through just eat. Given excuses when rang to see what s going on. Beyond a joke. No apology when the food did turn up or here something extra really sorry for the wait. The food was hot but seriously 2 hour wait is beyond a joke!
Food is really nice, but service is none existent anymore. Tonight (2nd time) placed a collection order as i left work, arrived 40 mins later to be told they had run out of ham (couldnt be bothered to ring and tell me) Expected me to sit and wait in a cold shop full of drunk people while they cooked something else. Tired, hungry, customer lost! Twice 2 many!
Waited an hour and 40 minutes for delivery Called and couple of time and was told that he was "stuck in traffic" ...at 1:20am, who knew?! Food was okay but cold.
The worst Chicken & Chips I've ever eaten, I never leave a bad review but it was terrible. I have nothing else to add. Live & learn.
