   My order never arrived tonight although it stated delivered. I phoned 3 times the 1st asking where it was. The 2nd because it stayed delivered when it wasn’t the shop said they’d chase the driver. 3rd time no one called me back. I was told they were too busy to return my call something went wrong they’d refund I’d receive an email. No apology no offer to resend just busy basically tough. Almost 2 hours no refund so looks like they were so busy they couldn’t even sort that? We have never had an issue before very poor customer service tonight we will never use again. Shame the family enjoyed pizza movie nights. I will be reporting to my bank. Things go wrong you should have sent an immediate replacement not simply say too busy to sort it out or keep my money

   The food arrived fast and still piping hot and the delivery driver, maher was very friendly and served the biggest smile even though he had to run back to the car for more boxes as it was a big order

   Leaving little notes on food for a "good review" isn't good practice! A review be it good or bad should be upto us to make as customers... This driver doesn't deserve even 1 star. Slow. Rude and doesn't listen to customers so why would I give you a good review. Dominos sort your mango drivers out

   Iv had pizzas from here for years and never had a bad one The preparation area is spotless And the staff are fantastic an always very polite Fantastic range of pizzas so something for everyone Delivery is prompt an on time Definitely recommend this one

   ...took advantage of a deal (which helped bring the price down). Does exactly what it says on the tin. Tasty and fresh. Lost star for the lack of topping. Paid for extra mushroom but it was no more than one sliced mushroom on a large pizza.

   Ordered a pizza for home when finished work late, only had a narrow window as working early next day. Ordered at 19.55 called at 20.30 and told still 5 orders before ours and probably another 40 minutes, tried to cancel and get refund but was refused. Think last time ordering, plenty other places want the business.

   I am extremely shocked at how I was treated in this dominoes today. The man called Stuart was extremely rude and nasty he had no skills whatsoever threw the card machine down on the till at me because I enquired about the various deals he then gave me something I didn’t want i then asked for a refund to which he completely flew off the handle and told me it goes through head office whilst walking away and shouting at me rude little man! I would like my money back
