Absolute joke . 2+ hours to deliver 2 cold rubbish pizzas. Rang em 4 times each time I got told he's 5 mins away . Lying idiots . Considering its £15 each its an utter scam and they don't care . Never ever again . Genuinely hope they go bust
Ordered a pizza and 1 side at 7.45 it arrived at 8.30 Pizza only ,phoned to say side missing at 8.35 , said they would resend it 9.27 phoned again asking when we're they delivering said in 10 minutes, it arrived as said but it was tepid not only that it was a bit dark ,or really to say singed or could say burnt,see pictures and you decide am I being pickkey.
Food arrived in good time via Uber. Unfortunately the food was poor quality and had to be binned. The Pizza was extremely greasy with far too much tomato base. The Tots we ordered were under cooked and topped with cheese when we ordered plain. Overall very disappointing
Papa John’s always delivers great pizza! The bases are soft, the toppings are fresh, and the garlic dip is the best. The food always tastes delicious and arrives hot. Definitely one of my favourite places to order from when I’m craving pizza!
We ordered a xxl regular margarita. We picked it up and a few minutes later realised it was very thin, we checked our order was for an original crust and not a thin crust then called the store, instead of apologising they went from quietly talking very normally to some form of language I couldn’t understand and I had to ask if he was talking to me. Eventually in an angry but understandable tone he told me I was wrong. I had to go back to the store to prove it and he begrudgingly made a new pizza taking the incorrect one away. The replacement was slightly better but as he took away the other box he didn’t replace the sauce which we didn’t realise until we were back home. Very disappointing food wise and service wise and I won’t be returning. Luckily as we just needed a quick snack for the kids we only wasted money on one pizza, we usually use this place twice a month where we buy 2 xxl pizzas and a few sides each time. It was also very greasy. No idea why it has gone downhill so quickly. Issues happen but they normally resolve without any question
Person on the phone was very polite and made my order very quickly. Very impressed with the customer service. Pizzas were delicious and piping hot as always, would definitely order again.
Tried this branch once before when it first opened, wasn't impressed then but thought we'd try it again as it had been few years... Mistake. The website said up to 55 minutes for delivery, called up after an hour and a quarter and told it hadn't gone in the oven yet. Called again at 2 hours and was said it is on it's way. Even with the best coupon/deal discount it's still more expensive than nearly every other pizza place around and the food isn't even as good as most. Mine was swimming in so much oil that it trickled out of the box and stained the couch while I was still standing up. Why do people even eat from here...?
Nice pizzas. Everything made to a good standard. Not the best pizza I've had. The only reason its got 4 stars is cos they don't deliver to me. Staff friendly and engaging. Shop had a 5 star hygiene rating.
