   I have ordered my food to be delivered tonight they took my order and and payment said will be delivered at 23.30 it's now 00.10 and my food still hasn't arrived yet and I can't get in touch with them

   I rarely write reviews, and I usually have a policy of saying nothing if I don’t have something nice to say - but my goodness, this experience has blown that out of the water. I placed an order via Just Eat and rang the restaurant to ask if I could remove an ingredient. I didn’t even get that far before a man abruptly answered the phone and said, “We can’t come to you, you are too far, I’m cancelling your order.” I was shocked and thought there must be a mistake. I explained where I was located, but he repeated, “Yep, it’s too far.” When I asked why my address came up as eligible for delivery on Just Eat, he replied, “Well, that’s Just Eat for you.” I then offered to collect the food myself, asking how far they were. He told me they were “about half an hour to 40 minutes away.” I hung up but, after checking, I found they were just a 8 minute drive from my house! I called back to clarify, thinking there had been a misunderstanding, but he said, “No, you’re too far out of my way. I’m too busy. If I go that way and then I have to come back, it’s too far out of the way.” I reminded him I had offered to collect the order, but he dismissed this with, “It’s too late, I’ve cancelled your order. If you want to reorder it, I’ll remake it.” I tried to reason with him, explaining that this wasn’t in line with Just Eat’s policy, but he ended the call by saying, “Well, I have.”. I simply said “wow” and hung up. Eight minutes away and refused service of a £50 order. An absolutely baffling and unprofessional experience.

   I can only talk about one order, but my asian calzone was pretty good, ordered, asked how long? "about 25 minutes" came to pick up after 20 minutes and I had my order 2 minutes later, good food reasonable price. I don't 5* unless it's exceptional, go out of your way to visit level of good, but for a local place it's probably the best pizza within a couple of mile.

   Only ordered donner meat & chips the price was I bit high but worth it the chips were cooked well and so was the donner meat I'll definitely be ordering again from here it's one of my favourite places.trust me guys & girls it's worth it.
