   One of the best hidden gems for pizza. Been going here for more than 10 years. My go to order is the buy one get one free hot and spicy veg pizza and it always tastes so nice and fresh. The owner of the store is also a lovely, genuine guy, always making you feel welcome. Highly recommend!

   Spent £14 for two 12" pizza one margarita and one hot and spicy . IV been eating at this place every time I get a chance when I am in Leicester , today was very different the menu had a X over the prices , no display of prices and no updates menu available. Anyways spent £14 for two pizza and when I collected they didn't even include any complimentary garlic sauce , I mean nearly all the pizza shops I know include a complimentary dip but this shop wanted to charge £0.50p per dip . Will definitely avoid in the future every disappointed to the extent owners have gone to just to squeeze every penny out of the customer. Farewell

   AVOID False advertising scam! I ordered two 12-inch pizzas from Omar Pizza. I know that on the shop front they have "Buy One Get One Free" advertised, but I thought that let me just confirm over the phone that this was still the case, which they rudely confirmed. However, upon arriving to pick up my order, I was being charged £14, even though their menu lists a 12-inch pizza at £9.50. Therefore, with the "Buy One Get One Free" deal, the total should have been £9.50 for both pizzas. When I raised this issue in-store, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses, including being told that I was crazy for thinking I could get two pizzas for £9.50. I was told that although their 12" pizzas are £9.50 each, two 12" pizzas are £14 despite being advertised as "Buy One Get One Free". The dispute was going nowhere, as the shopkeeper was refusing to understand the concept of "Buy One Get One Free", despite advertising it. So, I just left without the pizzas. This experience was extremely disappointing and misleading. I will not be returning to this establishment and cannot recommend it to others.

   During the lockdown period, Omar Pizza was my go-to place, and I had fond memories of enjoying their meals. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. After ordering a meal with a drink, I was happily eating until I opened the drink and found it tasted awful. Upon checking the date, I discovered it was from October 2023, despite us being in February 2024. This lack of attention to detail regarding product expiration dates is unacceptable, especially for a small takeaway with limited stock quantities. It reflects a concerning disregard for customer health and safety. When I brought this issue to the attention of the shop owner, instead of offering a sincere apology, he repeatedly claimed ignorance, stating he didn't know about the situation. Furthermore, his suggestion that I could return for a refund felt dismissive and failed to acknowledge the seriousness of selling expired products. In my opinion, when a mistake occurs in business, the first step should always be to apologise to the customer and demonstrate that they are valued. Unfortunately, this was not the case. While I wish Omar Pizza all the best in their business endeavors, I will not be returning. Customer satisfaction and safety should be paramount, and I hope they take this feedback constructively to improve their practices in the future.

   Had to wait an extra 20 mins on arrival of collection and drove home and they forgot to put my chicken burger meal in so had to drive back...Ordered coca cola on website and was he was giving me a pepsi bottle. Told him I paid for coke so just give me four cans instead and said no it will mess price yet I already paid for coke online not pepsi..... Will not recommend. Slow, missed ordered items and food wernt great. Pizzas wernt great either had better cheese on toast. Used to be good shop

   Ordered tw o large pizzas on a thin crust was fresh and piping hot when I collected. Enjoyed both pizzas Omar was a nice guy too. Would definitely visit again when in town.

   Ordered veg pizza and hot chicken pizza, both had zero taste, just had soo much cheese and bland..for a second I thought I'm just having plastic.. i usually don't rate places i don't like, but this was worst pizza I have ever had and for the price, I could have just had my regular pizza hut! So much for trying a new place! I asked for a diet coke, and they sent a full sugar coke! Never ordering here again!! AVOID! Oh, I paid for extra mushrooms, there were barely any in there and they were soo thinly sliced, I recon they grate the mushrooms.. All in the bin, ordered my usual pizza hut!

   Omar Pizza has been around for a very long time, they were probably one of the first 'well-established' pizza joints in Leicester. Over time they have changed management several times. I used to go here quite regularly during their golden era when the shop used to be packed with customers placing and picking up orders. I must admit I haven't been here for a very long time. I went here after years and got a single pizza it was good and I didn't really find fault with it. Based on my last experience and my historic custom with them I'll leave them a four star rating.
