   Very poor service and hardly any chicken on the pizza. Will not come back. I don't recommend this place.

   So for a change I decided I’d give this pizza place a go well I couldn’t find any food rating on the windows but I thought ah well they havnt been rated yet it was only on the outward journey I found the food rating sticker which is on the bottom of the door glass and no wonder it was down there there rated a 5 which is the lowest.. All this became apparent when I went in there and I watched how the food was prepared. The person which took my order was very arrogant in the way he spoke to me ! Then the order was sent over to the pizza maker who thought that one glove was enough and the pizza was made with the un gloved hand??? After he had done this he proceeded to put it in the oven and blew his nose as well at the same time, now the chip maker was there cooking his chips and grilling not once did I see anyone within the 30min of me being in this shop wash their hands this meal has cost me £30 when I walked out of there with my meal in my hands I found the nearest bin and dumped the lot. I am not going to put my family at risk of stomach problems for the lack of cleanliness and I can assure you had I seen the food rating before I ordered I would have walked away but I’m sure that these are issued by the council and have to be at eye height no wonder they’ve tried to hide it ! Will NEVER eat there again!!!!!!

   Always a 5 star experience from Square Pizza Co. We've ordered from here a lot, and the pizzas are always freshly made, delivered on time, lots of toppings, arrive hot and their garlic sauce is the best EVER! Highly recommend

   Visiting a friend who insisted we try Square Pizza as it's his favourite. Pizza was absolutely huge and plenty of it. I had a custom pizza which had plenty of options. It came hot and was tasty. The sundried tomatoes were burnt but it didn't really matter. The onion rings were slightly overdone but a good crunch. Garlic dip was mid. Overall would give a 4/5 and deffo eat here again!

   I travelled from Bridgend tonight 11/11/22 to try this establishment! What a superb place, super clean, decent staff. The food menu was a great choice at a decent price. I ordered the peri peri wrap meal deal! The best wrap I have ever tasted! The chicken was super succulent and tantalising with plenty of salad including my favourite cucumber! Well done Guys, will be back for more!

   Ordered medium milkshakes was given wrong change then when I questioned staff about their excuse was we had no medium cups yet they did not mention this when I ordered. Milkshake was mediocre will not be coming here again

   Ordered a Waffle, and it is safe to say I will not be returning for dessert again. Have ordered food from here plenty of times with absolutely no issues, however upon trying the dessert my mind has been changed. Waffle was over cooked with very minimal toppings. Service was awesome, young man was great, however food was very poor. Unfortunate. 3 stars purely awarded due to previous experience of the takeaway, and the young gentleman that served me. Food was a solid 1.

   Watched a man take out a pizza and come back with the wrong order to then watch the man try and give me the pizza the man walked out of the shop with. After refusing the pizza i had to explain that the pizza had left the premises and that it may have been tampered with but the man behind the counter didnt think this was an issue. No way was i willing to let my kids eat a pizza that had been taken by a customer and brought back ecspecially in current times with covid ect. Absoloutly disgusting and makes you think what happens to our food behind closed doors. I waited for a fresh pizza so half my order was cold as i had to wait for it to then be cooked to go home and find my order was slightly wrong. Very bad experience never again!!!

   DO NOT ORDER!! Found a chicken bone in my chicken burger on a previous order. Tried to order again tonight as maybe it was just a one off bad experience but I was certainly wrong! Ordered food for myself and my son just before 9PM. I was told it would be 20/30 minutes as I live within half a mile. I called after an hour of not receiving the food to be told that the order was cancelled for no reason. I questioned how this could have happened and that my young son has been waiting up hungry. They had no explanation as to why the order was cancelled so I asked to speak to the manager. He was very Rude and really couldn’t care at all. When questioned about it he kept telling me it was not their error and if we want to order again or hang up. Very very bad customer service will not last long in this area with horrible staff and disgusting attitude. Would score 0 stars if the option was their. Pathetic.
