   4 on service as they couldn't split the bill between our two families, which resulted my Tesco vouchers for our family only being able to be used and our friends family couldn't use their pizza express discounts vouchers. Be aware go on two different tables only way they accept it

   Our male server was very good, he took our order and brought our drinks in a timely and professional manner. However, before he attended to us, we waited quite a long time for someone to take our order, even though we had clearly finished looking at the menus and had closed them. During this time, several servers were visibly on their phones and laughing loudly, which made the wait feel even more dismissive. It also looked like other tables were waiting quite a while for staff to bring bills, despite the restaurant being fairly quiet and not busy at all. When our drinks arrived, I asked for a straw, and one of the servers walked past and appeared to mock me as she was walking away. This made me feel uncomfortable, and the overall service wasn’t what I expected.

   The food was amazing, we had a three-course Christmas edition on that day, and it was great. The only thing is the waiting time between the food; it takes ages, although there was not much busy. We already finished the pizza, and waiting for the dessert to come in took more than 20 mins as far as I remembered. The food and service are okay, but I didn't enjoy the dine-in experience in this branch.

   My friend and I were looking for somewhere to have lunch. We saw the pizza and soft drink offer and wanted to try it. A nice waitress sat us, another took our order while ensuring we had a good time. The only slightly upsetting thing was the "Romana" option. It cost a bit more for the crispy thin, and it was mostly just soggy in the middle. Otherwise, it was all very tasty. Decided to stay for dessert which was a nice ending.

   I usually do not do reviews unless i need to warn people of our experience. Unfortunately, rude staff - Were discriminating and judging my partner, making rude comments to us about being vegan and something as simple as asking if they have ketchup and making a big deal out of it by clapping back inappropriately with attitude saying this is an italian place they dont have ketchup. Lack of respect for customers - should go back to the basics of good customer service. Wont be coming again

   Very good pizza and even better service. I have been in pizza express on Friday evening. Restaurant was a little busy with a lovely atmosphere. Me and my partner really enjoyed our pizzas and the service provided by Andrea was absolutely spot on. We’ll be back very soon Thank you

   If you’re looking for standard Italian food that will not disappoint, Pizza Express is the way to go. The St. David’s branch is nice and well located. The staff is friendly and overall the service is good. I had the vegetarian pasta and the Pizza with mushrooms, which were both good. There is a 30% student discount which was nice. Just a basic Italian chain, certainly not the worst I’ve had!
