I recently ordered a tandoori chicken pizza, and the best part was they were not using regular tomato sauce base rather using a special balti sauce that made it very delicious.. I would recommend to try this one. Ps. It is not listed on the menu but walk in and ask for it.. they'll do it for you.. and of course staff was very helpful as well..
Papa Johns Cardiff is not in any way, shape, or form of the same quality as every other place I have had Papa Johns. You can genuinely get better supermarket pizza’s. Highly recommend Papa John’s just not the Cardiff one
Where is the old Papa Jones? Honestly, both in terms of quality and customer service, you have gone really downhill. Your prices are misleading — a pizza for £9.99, and when I add two toppings, instead of charging for two, you add £3 for just two extra toppings, which is outrageous. And those chocolate buns — are you kidding? Where is the old cinnamon-nutella buns you used to sell? Now you give me those frozen ones and want £6 for them? Are you crazy? I understand that prices reflect inflation and that all businesses are going through this, but nowhere else has quality dropped as sharply as with you. Where is that old Papa Jones pizza? No offense, but before it was on a completely different level regarding quality, and these frozen cinnamon buns instead of fresh baked ones — no offense — but I won’t be coming back to you anymore.
The pizza was on discount so this large pizza was only 12 pounds so price wise it was okay. The pizza was good, it was made fresh on the spot so there was some waiting time, the hygiene was okay, there isn't much seating area, there are some seating available facing the window, the shop is really small so there isn't much seating available, there is no bathroom available, there are lots of options for pizza.
My pizza arrived squashed and cold. The delivery driver couldn't even locate our location, despite there being specific instructions on the delivery notes and our location being on a main road!
Had an issue with my order (item missing and toppings wrong on one of the pizzas) and no one is picking up the phone at the store so I can get it sorted, poor service
I wish to say that "Pramesh" was very welcoming, very nice, professional manners and provided me always with excelent customer service! There is no pizza like PapaJohnes Cardiff. Domino's are low performes if we compare them with the PapaJohnes on Albany road they just failed. No pizza providers can beat PapaJohnes I promise. This is not fake review this is fact! Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and style. I had the best pizza of my life in the UK at papa Johns. I’m having such a great experience eating the papa Johns’s pizza. Absolutely delicious. They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. Although, staff members are very friendly and decent. Eventually, I would like to say quite possibly the best pizza I’ve had in the Uk
We ordered at home and they did not take long to arrive, but surprisingly they were cold. Also the pizzas were bland. It is not worth the price they are worth.
