   Ordered a pizza last night on just eat at around 11pm at 11.40 pm it says the pizza has been delivered but no pizza has been delivered we have received nothing. Upon checking the delivery details the delivery driver has gone to a completely different address to where we live We are really disappointed . Called today to see why my order hasn't arrived to find the college over the phone to be very rude telling me that the driver waited ages and nobody answered well yes that's because your driver has gone to wrong address nothing has arrived at my address This is my first and last visit to square pizza Penarth road very poor service really really disappointed with this service and to now be out of pocket . Left feeling really disappointed and hungry

   Absolutely disappointed with Square Pizza. I ordered a pizza and it arrived crushed, cold, and completely ruined. All the cheese was stuck to the box, and it honestly looked like no care was taken at all. I wasted £20 on something that wasn’t even edible. Very bad experience definitely not ordering from here again.

   My go to place to get pizza. Cozy, vibrant and very welcoming. You could see your pizza being prepared, then slowly sent in the pizza oven in behind the counter. They have fantastic deals, tasty pizzas. You could go for half and half, you get best of both worlds. They have sides as well from garlic bread to chicken wings. They also have a selection of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream plus they also have Banofee cake as well.

   Very poor service used to be a good restaurant people doesn’t care now, we used to go there regularly shifted recently and I came 20 miles down for the pizza and the service was very rude. If they treat regular customers like this for a sause yeah definitely gonna loose the name very rude 3 star for the pizza 0 for the service

   Reading some of the bad reviews makes me wonder becaymy experience here was simply awesome (and I'm not just saying that). It was a while ago however, the staff were not rude and very patient whilst dealing with the sea of drunk yobbos. They sorted us with delicious pizzas and even gave us one free for the journey home. Pizzas were tasty I have to admit and the owner looked after us; what's not to like?

   Appalled. Placed an order via Uber Eats. Delivery window of 18:25 to 18.45. Now 19:10 and no delivery. Rand restaurant and complained. Dreadful attitude. Said I'd be cancelling the order if it didn't arrive by 19:15 - a half hour after the delivery window, the member of staff said 'upto you' and hung up. I don't mind it being late, but the service was dreadful. Would never order from here again, and would urge you to think twice. I live 10 minutes away from the restaurant, should have gone and collected it!!!!! UPDATE 19:30 AND STILL NO DELIVERY......

   Pretty damn good, actually! My first time here today. Pizza seemed properly cooked - quite well done but properly, not burnt - and it tasted nice. Decent quantity of ingredients, a bit of grease, probably more grease than you would get on a pizza in Italy, but it seems just right, strangely! That's what I'd say overall: not outstanding, not abysmal, just right. I'd have no hesitation in coming back, and I'd recommend giving this place a whirl. If you're dining in, however, make sure you've got Febreze with you - the smell of cooking can be pretty strong.

   One of if not the worst places I've visited in relation to service & quality! I would give minus stars if possible - Rude & Ignorant Staff dirty customer area - ZERO manners & courtesy - dirty serving area - more concerned filling deliveries than serving in shop - Rubbish outside main entry door whilst shop open and serving food - meat feast pizza did not taste like meat at all & VERY SLOW + POOR service - I recommend you never shop there as its filled with ignorance from the outset and female serving with glasses was So Rude & lacked manners & service skills - never go back there
