   So I waited over two hours on my order so I rung the shop tried to cancel my order but the shop refused and told me my food was on the way after numerous phone calls, My food came and my chicken wings were pink and undercooked. Also I’ve ordered three pizzas and one of the pizzas was half eaten., So I sent the shop photo proof of the uncooked chicken and the eaten pizza and they refused to send my money back and blame me for the eating pizza and the uncooked chicken. I will never order them ever again.

   Ordered on uber eats. Took them 2 hours to get it to me, and they completely messed up the sizes on my pizzas. I ordered 2 9 inch pizzas and recieved 2 7 inch pizzas. The guy on the phone was also useless! Don't recommend.

She was respectful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It's rare to see such genuine care and professionalism. Thank you, Anika, for making my visit a great one!

   Horrible pizza!!!! Literally the worst pizza of my life in all senses: 1. It's extremely small. Not even my hand (I got the 9 inches one) 2. The taste is just dull, awful, and tasteless for a pizza. I could have made a better pizza myself. The price is not worth the value. Avoid

   Last twice I've ordered pizza has taken well over an hour to arrive with an estimate of 35-55mintues. First time was over an hour and half. This time over hour and 20mins. Both times I call after an hour waiting I get told it's just left. No apology or explaination. In assuming their waiting for more orders in the area and send when I call. Terrible customer service. This time when the driver called he told me he was parked a few houses down, sounding like he was expecting me to go and get it from the car after I've waited over an hour. Not likely. Hardly any topping or cheese on the pizza this time. Pizza is also cold leaving me to believe it's been sat around for a while. This place has gone massively downhill since it first opened. I'd call to complain but judging by the disinterested employee on the phone and driver, it seems pointless.

   Ordered 9inch pizza was smaller than I thought but that was a relief when I tried it. Cold, over cooked and dry. Avoid at all costs, horrific excuse for a pizza place

   Food always estimated to arrive 22:50, was getting phone calls at 22:30 from the delivery driver just looking to pin point my flat so very impressed with the speed of delivery. Don't usually venture outside of the 'main' pizza brand (you know the one) but thought I'd give Caprinos a whirl and was very happy I did. Food was lovely, had a thin crust tandoori pizza with curly fries. Curly fries were lovely, and soft. I'd ordered the 2 cookies and ice cream dessert, the cookies were lovely and warm and soft but unfortunately the ice cream was a no show. Oh well. Very good value overall as well, will definitely order again. All tasted great.
