   Tonight I made the decision to drive into Dinas to get a grill and oven. Ordered 2 kebabs and a pizza. Pizza was awful, and the mixed kebab, they forgot to add the chicken tikka, so was left with a small amount of donner. Called the take away to let them know, and they were so rude and unhelpful. He said he had to see it to refund me, I said I would take a photo and come tomorrow, because if I left to bring it back it would be a 20 minute drive and then the other food would have been cold because I am on my own with 2 small children , he said he wasn't willing to do that for me, I never complain, but we spent alot of money on this, and he had no understanding that of I drove back in it would ruin everyone else's food, he wasn't happy for me to come tomorrow for my refund so the my children could enjoy their food and not be dragged back into Dinas. I have also added a photo of the other kebab, where I had to peel off all the fat from the chicken in order to eat it. Worst experience of a take away I've ever had. AVOID at all costs, especially when you can get a much cheaper kebab and better quality. If the man had an ounce of kindness in his heart he would have allowed me to come tomorrow to resolve the issue. Shocked and dissapointed!!!!!!!!

   Would have given 5 stars across the board. Have been a loyal customer here for years before they were even called grill and oven. The food always was outstanding ! I have recommended this place to all my friends and family as it was that good. I dont know how to explain, but its not like it used to be. Perhaps covid had an effect on it? Now they still serve through a window and you don't get the connection you used to do with the artisans preparing your food. Mistakes happen all to often now (personally I think its due to them having a turnover of younger employees) and I find my self having to check my order everytime and quite often have to return something for kissing salad or sauce. That being said, I still go back, when its good its brilliant and I enjoy it! They seem to have grown in popularity so much that the quality suffers when they have a very busy night (Friday and Saturday) which is typically when we go. Please try them, they are one of the best kebab shops I've ever tried by a long way. If you don't have a perfect experience first time, bear with them and I'm sure it will be better next time.

   We decided to give grill and oven in dinas á second chance after screwing up our order. I called beforehand to ask what the waiting time was. We were told 20 minutes. After arriving there we waiting in January in the freezing cold for another 32 minutes. When we asked what was taking so long they said that they were very busy. Don't get me wrong its á popular place. We finally got our food drove straight home and the order was wrong again. The kebabs taste great but the wait is ridiculous and they just can't seem to get the order right. Ordered 7 times from them now last 3 times was an incorrect order. Given up now.

   The kebab was it's usual high standard which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. The same cannot really be said for the chicken burger which came as a breaded processed patty completely devoid of any flavour. I had ordered a meal with 8 Oz option. The fries were very good but I could only take a one bite of one of the patties. The dog had the other. Given the high standard of the kebabs I was surprised & disappointed by the chicken burger.
