For a place that has chicken in the name their fried chicken is horrible. I tried it twice and both times it was cold, dry and oily. The pizza can be alright at times, their kebab is also ok but there is better places for it. They are really friendly but the food is just not it.
Used to be mu favourite takeaway, but noticed a decline in the food quality and portion size over the last year or so. So disappointed as they used to do the best doner /shish kebabs, burgers, and the fried chicken was amazing. Could be to do with how busy they are, or specific ingredients being fresh on certain nights, maybe a change of management, i dont know, but too many negative experiences which made me decide not to order from there again. Such a shame.
Multiple contact with restaurant this evening from 12.30 up until 2.25am!! Constantly told food was on the way that they had contacted the driver and still waited till 2.30am!! I would have rather been told that it hadn’t left and wasn’t on its way than constantly keeping going outside to wait for it!!
Give these zero if i could. Hands down the worst takeaway ive ever had in my 33 years on this earth. Asked for chilli sauce on my kebab and was given 'sweet chilli' not only that it was absolute drenched to the point the tray was full an the pitta was soggy an unedible, the kebab tasted vile and the chicken was so dry with just dodgy batter, was expecting breadcrums. Only thing i could eat was the chips binned the rest absolute waste of money!!!
The order took an hour to arrive and half the order was missing and the chicken had been over cooked and was barely edible. Despite calling 15 times for long periods… no answer: Sadly this is the last time we will use this company
I used to avoid USA chicken as I had a bad experience w/ them about 2 years back. Decided to give them a try again one night as they were the only place open so late. Fair play, they have improved amazingly. They have become my go to takeaway now due to how consistent they are. Chips are perfect every time. Burgers are amazing and the kebabs are gorgeous.
Excellent service, great staff, food is always fresh and hot. Highly recommend.
The wings are either left under heated lights all day or refried or both. Not good at all. The chicken thigh was as dry as my jokes. The fish allegedly cod, tasted like a giant middle fish finger. Why did the chicken cross the road? To get the hell away from USA chicken. You know when your ordering from a dodgy takeaway when they claim to be under new management 10 times a year on just eat, just so they can wipe away all the bad reviews. Happy to talk to management about how you can improve your food. Give me a call.
