   We popped by at this branch yesterday evening just before 7:30pm, they close at 8. As soon as we walked in the women behind the counter didn’t have a name badge on, she was stressing and saying it’s nearly closing time. I asked if they closed at 8 as online and on the door and she made the order. Food was nice however she was rushing. We was about to say something as she kept mentioning she’s nearly closing and when we was about to pay she said take away as it’s not long until she closes and she only has 40 mins after closing and she won’t get payed. A mother and 2 kids came in around 7:40pm and she told them they was closed? I understand as in the past working in food retail you have a set time to clean and close a shop however I thought this was really bad customer service as they are open until 8 , so they should be open till 8.

   Awful customer service. I never leave reviews. I Asked if I can have a footlong and only have cucumber one side for my son and I would have different on the other side. She said no. Ok, I’ll have two 6 inches then. Her eyes rolled as I said it, I then asked for a jacket potato. Her eyes rolled again like she couldn’t be bothered. She only made one 6 inches sub, I asked if she made the other one as I asked for 2. She told me I asked for one and gave me so much attitude with it. She quite clearly didn’t want me to order to make her do anything. I then told her to forget it and walked out. I should have realised when I walked in and the man before walked out with the hump and come to think of it she rolled eye eyes at him also.

   Subway is subway. We all love a subway. The food is always on point. And to be fair the lady is very nice and is very friendly that served us. It's just.. the store... You walk in and it's just dull and drab, the windows are on their way out and just as you walk in, you want to walk back out. If it was not for the lady behind the counter with a smile that's what we would have done. This is why the 3 star rating. Not the people or the food, it's the store.

   AVOID. Placed an order via Just Eat today. Order was placed at 12.30pm. We got a call from a driver who's English was appalling, he tried to explain the issue but couldn't articulate the problem. We called Subway directly, they told us that there had been an issue with a driver and apologised. The lady on the phone said she'd send out the order straight away. Almost 4 hours later and still no food and they've actually updated the order on just eat as "delivered" meaning we've now been charged. I've tried calling several times and they're just not picking up the phone. Absolutely shocking service all round. AVOID.

   Flies actually in the meat. Pointed this out but the reply was because the air con had broken.... that does not mean you allow lots of flies on the meat you are serving....

   Easily the worst subway I've been to. Shop was empty when we arrived and 5 minutes later a bloke turns up putting uniform on like he's just got dressed. Was told there was no hearty Italian when I clearly saw it and he put it at the back. Didn't put any bacon on my chicken and bacon sub. Left my order in the side while he went out back and 'made' more onions, couldn't find the mayo. Subs were wrapped really sloppily then a woman appeared from out the back looking shifty. I don't know what the hell was going on but if I were you I'd avoid at all costs. I'm half expecting food poisoning now tbh

   The worst subway I have ever ordered from. Ordered through Deliveroo. Contacted subway and they said my order had been waiting for 2 hours. They said that they would do a fresh order when the driver came. When food arrive it clearly wasn't fresh and had been sitting around for 2 and a half hours. Food was not edible as the chicken had gone off.inavle to eat unless I wanted to get food poisoning. Manager was rude on the phone and would do nothing about it and said to contact Deliveroo absolutely disgusting service by both Deliveroo and subway.

   Ordered a foot long sandwich, asked for bacon cheese and chicken but instead they filled it with steak which was an extra £2. Charged me £9.89 just for the sub when it was the wrong order. I asked to cancel the order but the lady said I can’t. Awful experience.
