Went on a Sunday and had a roast. Not bad for price but could have done with some mash!! Pork wasn't from a proper joint of meat, slices bought in, so this could be improved in my opinion. However, it was reasonable and the lady was lovely and offered to make something different to suit one of my party. Very empty and so not much atmosphere when I visited. But a nice good old fashioned pub

Called in on staying overnight on a narrowboat. We both had fish and chips, and a shared lemon meringue pie with ice cream, two pints and a large glass of wine for under £50. Excellent food, really enjoyed it, well done the Navigation.we eat out less and less these days because food and prices are not worth it and not very good, leaving you disappointed. This was great , highly recommended.

Absolutely superb pub! Stu cooks from fresh! No microwave going on here and, after a broken glass, seeing Jay clean up, sweeping into every nook and cranny it's obvious why the place is immaculate! Brilliant venue, high quality food and staff anyone would be proud to have as part of their team. Jay's mum deserves a medal for raising a son who knows what mum's version of clean is and knowing how to achieve it! Highly recommended The Navigation!!!! Parking, views of the canal, lots of different areas to sit, so you can be as sociable or as friendly as you like. Warm welcome, beers kept to perfection! Clean toilets too!

The most polite and courteous service I have experienced in a public house for years. Dave, and his wife Mick, really go a step further to make you happy. A quality establishment and no doubt.

Don't know. Never been there. Don't know why Google keeps asking me to review places I have not visited

Visited one Sunday lunch after an absence of about 15 years. Sadly it hadn't been decorated since. In much need of a face lift this beautifully situated riverside pub was empty bar another couple. The Sunday carvery was good value for money with a giant yorkshire the centre piece. The only criticism of the food was the beef was sliced from a tray catering style and not cooked on site as a joint.
