   Papa John’s Pizza Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. The pizza quality was extremely disappointing. The base was excessively thick and hard, especially underneath, making it difficult to chew. The pizza didn’t seem properly cooked, and the toppings were all falling off. There was barely any cheese at all, which made it feel dry and incomplete. Overall, the pizza was poorly prepared and not enjoyable. I would not recommend based on this experience

   Absolutely fantastic service! Ordered on Christmas Eve. The food came quickly, hot and fresh. Called the shop for a query and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our order was fulfilled to our liking. Cant recommend Papa John’s in Hinckley enough.

   This place is a joke ! Why is it open till 3am. I know am in the habit of eating here after a few alcoholic beverages which is fine, however this is the most expensive bloody pizza place on earth ! One pizza costing more than my night out ! I woke up this morning to a 45 pound charge on my card ! I did not realise yesterday as I was drunk but how is that even possible, I don’t even remember there being a lot of food one person should not be able to eat £45 worth of food, praying on people who are drunk and stupid like myself

   Last night I was drooling thinking of a nice warm papa John’s so I rang them asking if they do delivery then say yes but once it comes its wet soggy and half eaten it’s pathetic I just think if you was really bothered about your company then you would think twice before ending it on customers and shouting at customers when you try and ring up and give a complaint . If you want nice food DONT go here stick to anywhere else .

   Ordered two pizzas and a drink. Driver forgot the drink, said he would go back and get it, and then didn't show up again, so I might get a refund at some point. Pizzas were lacking in toppings.

   Well I ordered 2 pizzas with toppings on. I got 2 pizzas with hardly and toppings on. Very poor. Will order next time from a local pizza company! Wouldn't order again!!!

   Called to chase my order as I'd placed the order over an hour before and according to their tracking app was delivered already. The customer assistant just said it was on its way and hung up on me. So rude and poor service. Pizzas arrived 10 mins later and one of them was cold.

   It was nice but the price was crazy for what we received. £17+ for 2 of the new sandwiches that weren't very big and a box of cinnamon rolls. The staff are nice though
